Great Job with eyebrow threading 10/10. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure what happened but this used to be my go-to place and the last two times I haven't been happy. The second someone else walked in, it felt rushed and my eyebrows do not look shaped. read more

Seema was amazing! She was so sweet, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She did such a great job on my eyebrows, and I'm so happy with how they turned out. Definitely recommend her! read more

Seema is great, I only trust this place to do my brows cause they're quite thick. I love specifically when she does them tbh.

Unsanitary, the girl does not sanitize in between clients. eyebrows not done evenly and hairs left. Going home to try and fix them. read more

Messed up my eyebrows so bad and I still had to pay and my upper lip still left hairs

Do not go here, especially if there a people before/after you. They will rush threading your eyebrows. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my brows to be done... COMPLETELY DID NOT EXECUTE. When she was done, she didn't even show me my eyebrows and expected me to pay without seeing them first. I asked her to take off a single, straight line from the top of my brow. And now, my brows are crooked. So, find a different place to get your eyebrows threaded. read more

Eyebrow service 5/5 I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. Preeti did a lovely job. I love the shape. She recommended castor oil to promote hair growth from my right brow. Is thinner than the right. I'd been waiting hoping it'd fill in but it hasn't. I'll be trying get recommendation. There was no one in the chair or waiting when I came as a walk in. So I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. They also sell a few jewelry accessories. There's another woman who styles hair and another who does waxing with sugar wax and hard wax. So, on the way out I grabbed both business cards. I noticed on business card one a rewards program getting a stamp each service to redeem a free service once filled. When I inquired about using it I was told it's no longer offered. Predators these cards should be removed and reprinted. That was a mild let down. read more

I have been going here for awhile to get my eyebrows done and upon walking in, there's usually one lady working - rather quickly. There may be two or three ladies ahead of me, but usually the wait is about 10 - 15 minutes. I just came here today and it looks like they added lash and waxing services - appointments needed. One thing I might add is to turn on some music maybe so it's not dead silent. read more

If you don't want your eyebrows and skin cut up, don't come here! Every time I've gone here I'm always left with scabs around my eye brow line. I know other says the same. I started going to eyebrowart lab in AC, by the Safeway. Way better quality, no wait, pretty much same price as here. They also have a stamp reward system there. read more

Since this place has started expanding, the quality of the eyebrow threading has been going downhill. I've been going here for almost 10 years and I'm now at a point where I'll be searching for a new place. It used to be a nice quiet setting with nice music in the background, to now super chaotic. Today I got my eyebrows threaded and the lady not only rushed it, but didn't pluck not one hair in the middle, leaving me with a unibrow. I didn't notice til I got in my car and looked in the mirror. Sad that this place isn't what it used to be. Happy for the owner to expand and get more business in other ways, but it sucks for us customers who are used to her quality work. read more

I've been going to this place consistently for years. I have always loved the work but never wrote a review until now. I went in yesterday and was seen by Reena. She really helped me figure out what my brow shape should be, she did one brow at a time so that we could make adjustments in between, and best of all: IT DIDNT HURT. Not a bit, she said she had a technique, I don't know what she called it, but after years of eyebrow pain I didn't wince once. So I got exactly what I was looking for, my brows look phenomenal, and not a tear was shed. She said she works Tuesday and Thursday, there's a third day but I don't remember. Thank You again Reena! I hope you found the Starbucks read more

Located within the target plaza in Vallejo is this threading spot, that also has waxing and eyelashes. They also sell some jewelry too. I'm not sure if they've gone through new ownership or not but if I'm in the area and it's time to get my eyebrows threaded I come here. They're usually quick and they listen to what you want. I have been getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for years and I prefer it to waxing because I feel like it doesn't grow as fast so I don't have to go as often. I usually ask just for a clean up because I don't want my eyebrows too thin. The workers are quick, they take both cash, card, and cashless payments. Would recommend if you're looking for a threading spot in Vallejo, no appointment needed. They'll take you on the spot. Parking is easy too since it's located in a busy shopping center. read more

I am NOT one to leave bad reviews but omg....This use to be my go to spot to get my eyebrows . But I just can't even believe what happened . She snipped off my left eyebrow like going down after the arch somewhere in that middle. And still tried to leave longer hairs to make it "look full" or make up for the bald spot I have there now. My right eyebrow was perfect and longer. After I'm starring at them for a few minutes trying to shape them myself in complete disbelief . She still tells me it looks better in the bigger mirror to stand up and see. Didn't leave them the same length or the same size . I'm so upset right now like there's no fixing it read more

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Came in tonight before closing because I didn't have time to go to my regular spot in concord. Worst mistake. There was about 3 ladies ahead of me ... so I thought. there was only one lady working, so we patiently waited. Then the eyebrow lady says "next" so I take my daughter to the chair and the eyebrow lady even looks at me so I said "just a clean up". Then a lady, who has already made herself comfortable says "i was here first" soooo rudely. You can tell they're friends. I say okay. KNOWING her and her crying child came AFTER us. And if the eyebrow lady KNEW it was her turn, she should have just started with her friend's eyebrow. This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL. If the eyebrow lady was professional, she should have apologized for her friend's ugly attitude and said oh she was here. Me and my girls clearly saw her and her child walk in after. Maybe she was there before us and went to the car really quick but she was straight up RUDE.. Her friend didn't even pay for her eyebrows. This place doesn't even know respect. NEVER coming here again even if this was the only place open. Strongly don't recommend this place. My daughter's eyebrows aren't even that nice. No wonder this place has sorry reviews. read more

After they lamented my brows they told me that after three hours I could take there oil and shape them myself which should've been told to me before the service. Rupi is so gentle (threading) and patient. I had lots of questions about henna eyebrows as I am still apprehensive about micro blade / ombré powder brows. I decided to try henna. Will definitely be back for cleaning and touch ups but only with Rupi. read more

I will say that the space is setup nicely but the actual service that I received was MEH! My brows are not shaped the same. She nipped off the edge of my right bow completely. She didn't comb them so she could see the length and shape them correctly. She literally was done in 3 minutes....like next. And, when I looked and informed her that they were shaped differently she said it was because I didn't indicate a particular shape soooooo that means they should be mixed matched.. Terrible brow bar, the customer service is worst! Don't go where you are not appreciated PERIOD read more

Sangita is a queen!!! This was my first time at the shop and she was really nice, a good listener, and super quick! I was a walk in too and there was no one else there. Sangita did it so fast I got scared it wouldn't turn out nice, but it was so good when she showed me the mirror I didn't have to ask her to fix anything. Clean & comfortable atmosphere! Having dealt with a butcher job on my eye brows in the past I have always been very uncomfortable with letting someone else shape my eye brows. Man I am so happy I came here. Great shape that is still full. The threading initially hurts but beauty can be painful. My brows were not swollen or uncomfortable after the threading. I will be coming back here again & I would recommend this place. Going to look into the lashes next. read more

What's the point of a list? I wrote my name down at 6:21pm and I left to get something from the dollar store. Mind you there wer 2 ladies before me. I came back she was working on a lady that was before me on the and it was supposed to be my turn next. A brand new lady sat in the seat. The threader didn't even look at the list to call the next person. So I had to wait 20 minutes. Smh. There really isn't a process or system. That list is stupid next time just walk in there. They don't go by that shit anyways. Here is an updated review since the last incident. I spoke with the store manager Rupee. I expressed my concerns about the situation. She addressed that the employees ARE supposed to go off the list regardless if 2 people are in there waiting or 15. I hope this situation doesn't happen to anyone else going forward. read more

Of any place in Vallejo that does eyebrow threading, you should come here, hands down. The ladies who work here are perfectionist. The shop is spacious and very clean. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The ladies who work here have always been very courteous and professional even during their most busiest of hours. I encourage you to please be patient if you find yourself having to wait if you're in the lobby and there's a wait. As I said before, the ladies are very skilled at what they do and you would want them to pay as much attention to you as they do to the person before you. I've been coming faithfully to this shop probably for six years now and I've never been unhappy with any of the work the girls have done. The owner is very good about hiring very skilled techs as well as professional people. Any negative reviews left behind I would seriously call into question as someone looking for attention or just mad they're naturally unattractive because I have never not been asked "where do you go for your brows" and I've sent them to Rupi and Eyebrow Hub EVERY TIME. Please do yourself a favor. Go down and get your threading done at this shop. And if you can't make it here. Hop over to Napa. There's her shop there too. Same wonderful set up, same wonderful experience. You're really getting a quality experience with Rupi and her team. We're fortunate to have her. read more

I came in to get my eyebrows done. Normally I go to the place on Sonoma however I had to go to work and they open earlier. She cleaned up my eyebrows however she scratched my face a few times which I've never had happen before. My eyebrows are ok but they didn't come out how I hoped they would. Paid $10 and left a tip. Thankfully She didn't mess them up super bad so in a couple weeks I can go get them fixed somewhere else. I definitely won't be returning here. read more

I paid 40 for a full face threading, on top of giving her an extra 5 and she did a horrible job. She wasn't happy with the 5 cause I asked to use the bathroom and she said it didn't work.
