Eyebrow service 5/5 I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. Preeti did a lovely job. I love the shape. She recommended castor oil to promote hair growth from my right brow. Is thinner than the right. I'd been waiting hoping it'd fill in but it hasn't. I'll be trying get recommendation. There was no one in the chair or waiting when I came as a walk in. So I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. They also sell a few jewelry accessories. There's another woman who styles hair and another who does waxing with sugar wax and hard wax. So, on the way out I grabbed both business cards. I noticed on business card one a rewards program getting a stamp each service to redeem a free service once filled. When I inquired about using it I was told it's no longer offered. Predators these cards should be removed and reprinted. That was a mild let down. read more

If you don't want your eyebrows and skin cut up, don't come here! Every time I've gone here I'm always left with scabs around my eye brow line. I know other says the same. Since this place has started expanding, the quality of the eyebrow threading has been going downhill. I've been going here for almost 10 years and I'm now at a point where I'll be searching for a new place. It used to be a nice quiet setting with nice music in the background, to now super chaotic. Today I got my eyebrows threaded and the lady not only rushed it, but didn't pluck not one hair in the middle, leaving me with a unibrow. I didn't notice til I got in my car and looked in the mirror. Sad that this place isn't what it used to be. Happy for the owner to expand and get more business in other ways, but it sucks for us customers who are used to her quality work. read more

I've been going to this place consistently for years. I have always loved the work but never wrote a review until now. I went in yesterday and was seen by Reena. She really helped me figure out what my brow shape should be, she did one brow at a time so that we could make adjustments in between, and best of all: IT DIDNT HURT. Not a bit, she said she had a technique, I don't know what she called it, but after years of eyebrow pain I didn't wince once. I have been going here for awhile to get my eyebrows done and upon walking in, there's usually one lady working - rather quickly. There may be two or three ladies ahead of me, but usually the wait is about 10 - 15 minutes. I just came here today and it looks like they added lash and waxing services - appointments needed. If I could give this place a negative number I would. Came in tonight before closing because I didn't have time to go to my regular spot in concord. Worst mistake. There was about 3 ladies ahead of me ... so I thought. there was only one lady working, so we patiently waited. Then the eyebrow lady says "next" so I take my daughter to the chair and the eyebrow lady even looks at me so I said "just a clean up". Then a lady, who has already made herself comfortable says "i was here first" soooo rudely. You can tell they're friends. I say okay. KNOWING her and her crying child came AFTER us. And if the eyebrow lady KNEW it was her turn, she should have just started with her friend's eyebrow. This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL. If the eyebrow lady was professional, she should have apologized for her friend's ugly attitude and said oh she was here. Me and my girls clearly saw her and her child walk in after. Maybe she was there before us and went to the car really quick but she was straight up RUDE.. Her friend didn't even pay for her eyebrows. This place doesn't even know respect. I'm not sure if they've gone through new ownership or not but if I'm in the area and it's time to get my eyebrows threaded I come here. They're usually quick and they listen to what you want. I have been getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for years and I prefer it to waxing because I feel like it doesn't grow as fast so I don't have to go as often. I usually ask just for a clean up because I don't want my eyebrows too thin. The workers are quick, they take both cash, card, and cashless payments. I am NOT one to leave bad reviews but omg....This use to be my go to spot to get my eyebrows . But I just can't even believe what happened . She snipped off my left eyebrow like going down after the arch somewhere in that middle. And still tried to leave longer hairs to make it "look full" or make up for the bald spot I have there now. I will say that the space is setup nicely but the actual service that I received was MEH! My brows are not shaped the same. She nipped off the edge of my right bow completely. She didn't comb them so she could see the length and shape them correctly. She literally was done in 3 minutes....like next. And, when I looked and informed her that they were shaped differently she said it was because I didn't indicate a particular shape soooooo that means they should be mixed matched.. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The ladies who work here have always been very courteous and professional even during their most busiest of hours. I encourage you to please be patient if you find yourself having to wait if you're in the lobby and there's a wait. As I said before, the ladies are very skilled at what they do and you would want them to pay as much attention to you as they do to the person before you. I've been coming faithfully to this shop probably for six years now and I've never been unhappy with any of the work the girls have done. The owner is very good about hiring very skilled techs as well as professional people. She cleaned up my eyebrows however she scratched my face a few times which I've never had happen before. My eyebrows are ok but they didn't come out how I hoped they would. Paid $10 and left a tip.
