If I could give no stars I would come constantly here. I came in to get my brows done after getting my lashes and manicure and pedicure done in Tracy and the young girl pull some of my lashes out as she was threading my eyebrows. The other lady had to fix it! After she so called fixed it, I was showing her that there was still a spot missing and then she reacted by saying "you did it to yourself!" Are you kidding me? Of course this just got me even more upset when I clearly felt it when she pull on my lashes as the young lady responded "are you ok I'm sorry" because she was going too fast. This is the same girl that made me bleed a few months ago when I came in and I thought I would give her a try again because they were so busy I didn't really have the luxury of waiting. News flash you do not blame the client for your mistakes and irresponsibility. Now I have to drive all the way back to Tracy to get my eyelashes fixed when I've been there all morning and add more gas money and my time that I don't get back. Very Unprofessional! read more

My go-to place for eyebrow threading. I'm always happy with how clean and defined my eyebrows look afterwards and it usually only takes about 10minutes. The employees never say much to me and if they are helping someone when you walk in, they won't say "hi" or "welcome," but I'm fine with that. For eyebrows it is $12 without tip, but they also offer a membership card for $50 for unlimited eyebrow threading for 3 months. They also offer other services such as upper lip, full face, and arms. read more

I had high expectations for this place after reading all the great reviews, which is a why I'm surprised my experience here didn't match up to them at all. When I walked in the lady didn't acknowledge me which was okay because she was working on a customer. I sat down and waited for about 5 min until I hear her say "next" and look at me and point to the seat. I didn't feel welcomed at all, almost as if it was burden that I came there. I tried to make conversation before we started but she barely said anything to me which was a huge turn off. Not to mention she accidentally pulled out my nose ring with the strings and didn't even apologize just, "oh your ring" and pointed to it laying there on my chest. If your gonna go here don't expect to get a friendly experience because you definitely won't. As for my eyebrows, I mean they're alright.. Nothing I'm too thrilled about. The shape I'm not too crazy about but they are nice and clean looking. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else where they make you feel welcome and you come out feeling great about your new brows. This place just didn't do it for me. read more

I've been going here ever since they opened. The first 2 original ladies were great. They get a new person every once in awhile who I think practice till they're able to do brows perfect. Threading will hurt at first especially if you really let your brows grow out. It took about 2 years for me to get use to threading. I think it's a lot quicker than getting them waxed. They are very clean. They usually have a lot of walk ins and take the most about 5-7 minutes. Sometimes if it's a bit full I just go back later in the day or the next day since they're pretty quick anyways you don't really need an appointment. You might just need to find the right person to do your brows from this place, or explain to them how you want your brows done and they will do it. I've tried a few different ladies here. I recommend Preet and Sara! I get lots of compliments when I get my brows done from them. Remember explain how you want your brows! Thin,thick, arched, etc. they will do the job! read more

Well first off the ladies that work here are rude, rude, rude. I walk in expecting a greeting of at least hello. But the two that were working just looked up at me,and ignores me as I stood there for a min. I said hello and one finally mumbled hello back. With no direction, I can only assume I'me supposed to sit and wait, so I walk on back to the seating area. I observe the place and it actually is very nice, good spacious area, nice flooring, pretty jewelry set up. But as I sit there I cannot help but observe the two ladies working upfront. They don't smile they are just serious, okay maybe they just survived a rush I'll try to overlook it. Next person walks in the door, they again just look up at her as she stands there awkwardly. She finishes up with the lady and yells "next!", I guess that means me? So, I sit down and she says brows. And immediately starts working on them, with out waiting for me to answer. I kinda stop her so I can explain to her what I wanted. I had been growing out a certain area and I wanted to continue to do so . As I'm talking to her I can tell she is annoyed by my explanation but my request is simple so I'm not sure what the problem is...she works on my brows for like three min says done, and yell's out next! As i'm still sitting in the chair! Not even giving me a chance to look at my brows..... A little lesson in customer service would do these ladies good. If I wasn't so furry I would have left right after I walked in. On top of that ,one of my brows is really good and the other doesn't match AT ALL! I am super bummed. worrible service.I went in today at about 6,it was my first time and once I walked in there was no sort of greeting they just stared.I went to the desk and was like " I'm here to get my eyebrows threaded" and the lady told me to sit over there.I did but as soon as I was sitting down another lady goes sit over here and I was like umm that was rude.I begin to lay on the chair and she starts threading,since it was my first time I didn't know what to do.so she tells me to put my hands on my eyes and so I did but I guess I was doing it wrong and she grabbed my hand and put it on my forehead aggressively.NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money here read more

I love this place. This review is only for Harpreet. She is very good at what she does. She recently went on vacation and I waited for her to come back. Symmetrical eyebrows are very important to not making me look crazy, so it's truly hard to go anywhere else ( or to anyone else) when I know Harpreet can shape them evenly. I have been to waxers in the past that left me with large thin McDonald's arches, and I will never go back to that dark past. During this last visit to Eyebrow Arch, I waited way too long to get them done and they were overgrown. I have to admit, I had a bit of a jungle growing on my face, but Harpreet took care of it , and I am feeling lighter and looking more human. Cheers! read more

I have gone here at least 5 times and they usually do a good job. Today I went and when the lady showed my eyebrows they were unrecognizable, but not in a good way. They are shapeless and uneven now, with absolutely no arch. I really liked this place but will NEVER come back again because that lady completely butchered my brows. read more
