Well I went in today to do my eyebrows, I'm giving 5 stars to the girl that did my eyebrows, I really liked how she did it , I left came back to ask for her name the other lady was there , I asked her what was the girl that did my eyebrows, and she was like I'm not gonna tell you , she was so rude, I was very upset, because, all I wanted to know so if I come back , I make sure to ask for her , and she had an attitude, so the very nice lady that I wanted to know her name was Jaz , she was so sweet , and came up to tell me her name , I mean , the other older lady does not have to be rude about , someone asking for the name , she doesn't belong working with the public, if I go there again I will make sure she does not attend me , thanks to Jaz for her wonderful kind service! read more

My main grief with this place is that it's always a gamble because it's hit and miss. It all depends on whose working, one lady does them really well (A+) and the other lady always does it harshly and rips my skin/makes them uneven. Ultimately $12 is hella expensive for eyebrows. I don't want to gamble on my eyebrows and risk looking jank. It's 50/50 here so keep that in mind when deciding whether you want to trust them. ****I now go to Roshni Beauty Care in Lathrop- it's only $5 plus she does them really well and it's always the same lady. Ill never not get threaded! Much better than waxing. The owner and her staff are great! It is very clean and tidy inside. Theres a small waiting area and cute jewelery and purses to look at. Just got my eyebrows threaded ($12 and 10 min). I have never done this but decided to grow out my eyebrows and try it out. I told her how I wanted them and she explained to me why she didn't want to do it that way. Very informative. She said she will do them her way and if I don't like it she will thread more. After she explained why she wanted to keep some extra hair (for my natural arch) and showing me how to fill them in with makeup, I love them!! I had to go home and take off some makeup cuz she did cake a lot on my brows but after fixing it, I truly think it makes a difference. read more

I have my go to person in Tracy but after moving to Manteca I thought that I would give this place a shot, the amount of stars this place has is very misleading because their service is terrible. Not only do they not greet you they don't listen to anything that you tell them. For example my natural eyebrows are very thin to begin with and I told her all I want is for you to clean up around my eyebrows please do not make them any thinner than what they are she said OK literally No emotion. My eyebrows were threaded by the older woman with the better English accent, now I will have to spend a few weeks trying to grow my eyebrows back after how thin she left them I will attach photos for reference please do not come here save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about what it is that you want them to do you are paying for a service and they at least need to Give you what you want. read more

I got my untamed unibrow threaded in less than 5 minutes. The girls were very friendly and very knowledgeable. There are small charts that show the different eyebrow shapes to I guess, choose from, but the techs go by your face shape and ask a bunch of questions so they shape them the way you want. Nonetheless, my brows came out clean and shaped perfectly. To me, waxing hurts less but threading is better for your skin in the long run, so I will suck it up and deal. $12 for just the eyebrows as for everything else, I don't know. $40 gives you unlimited eyebrow threading for 3 months. I guess a shop doesn't need to be that big for facial threading so they also sell cute jewelry. Minus one star because threading shouldn't cost this much. I've found some other shops that charge $4. There isn't much competition out here for it to be that cheap so $12 is as good as it gets for now. read more

Would give them a negative star if possible. I always get my full face threaded (not at this place) but today i decided to give this place a try and never again will i be going here again. The lady was sooooo rough and aggressive on my face i almost thought about asking her to stop and going somewhere else. This *new* Lady fucked my brows up a week before my wedding. When I went to chair I told her no NO no NO room for mistakes my wedding pictures are now going to reflect this dumb lady horrible skills. The manager has always done an amazing job but she wasn't there when I went in. I'm so screw now. When I say she fucked them up is like one is so darn higher than the one one and one has a higher arch I'm so angry I didn't just go to my regular spot. Just WOW. Came here on a Sunday as soon as they opened and there were no other clients just my sister and I . Upon arrival she was on the phone and asked what we needed we replied with our eyebrows done, she told me to go sit in the last chair so I did, at this point I thought she would have the politeness to GET OFF THE PHONE while attending to your customer did she NOPE. She was working fast and the entire time I was praying she wouldn't drop the phone on my face. It was pretty painful compared to my other experiences and after she finished she handed me a mirror to check and she messed up my left brow, one half was thick and the other half was so thin you can clearly see her mistake and No I wasn't going to tell her to fix because I felt she would make it worse. It would have been so thin and horrific. Was it Worth $12 definitely Not! I've had it done by a better lady half the price, but by all means if you want to try this place out go for it just think twice before actually walking in. read more

A friend and i wanted quick eyelash extensions and i had prior experiences going to threading shops to do them and we just walked into the first place we found and that was affordable in town. First mistake was going in not thinking if they knew how to do eyelashes or not. Second, was watching how she incorrectly did them on my friend but i thought nothing of it and just wanted eyelash extensions asap before a vacation. The lady literally glued them above the eyelash line as if they were strip eyelashes and they made both of my eyes swell up. Second it's like she use super glue on them or something because they're literally sticking together and don't look or feel natural at all. It's as if i have a little broom on both of my eyes. It's been 2 days and my friends have already ALL fallen off without putting mascara or makeup on. And mine have made my eyes poofy, it's as if i was punched in the eye or i have an allergic reaction. Currently trying to peel them off while not damaging my skin. I should have figured that eyelash extensions for $40 was too good to be true. I should've went with my gut feeling and now i'll probably have less eyelashes than i already had. it's only been a couple days and i now have a stye on both eye lids right before my vacation. This is my go-to place to get my brows done. They don't do them too thin (unless requested, I'm sure). The place is always super clean. Two reasons I didn't give it five stars: It's always a little too on the warm side. I've never felt the A/C in there so it's uncomfortable in the summer. Second reason is because they aren't very friendly (with the exception of one girl). They aren't rude, just not friendly. But they do a great job, and that makes up for their standoff-ish (at times) attitude. read more
