As a former client, I have to say I'm disappointed with the service. My company took over the management of a location that used Eye-On, and multiple times over the course of a whole month, I'd been calling asking for some pieces of information about the setup they had here (prev management had terrible record keeping). Finally we decided to cancel service and go with a company that we use at our other locations. I had to contact Eye-On a few more times, and while I was initially speaking with Monica (who was very pleasant, but ineffective), I ended up talking to Stephanie (one of the owners?) and while she was kind enough to offer a heads up on some wiring problems we may have out here, she otherwised never seemed very willing to work with me. My whole experience with Eye-On, both during and after we were being service by them, left a bitter taste in my mouth. 2-stars because 1) Stephanie did dial in and clear their codes out of the system, and 2) she gave a heads up that this location has wiring problems. read more

I would put -0- stars but then it won't show my comments. I cancelled this service Aug 2017 and they have been billing my card every month consistently for a service that was CANCELLED. I call constantly and I'm told its taken care of but yet the billing (stealing) continues. Spare yourself the paid and call ADT. Now I have to call an attorney to get my money back. RUN read more
