As a former client, I have to say I'm disappointed with the service. My company took over the management of a location that used Eye-On, and multiple times over the course of a whole month, I'd been calling asking for some pieces of information about the setup they had here (prev management had terrible record keeping). Finally we decided to cancel service and go with a company that we use at our other locations. I had to contact Eye-On a few more times, and while I was initially speaking with Monica (who was very pleasant, but ineffective), I ended up talking to Stephanie (one of the owners?) and while she was kind enough to offer a heads up on some wiring problems we may have out here, she otherwised never seemed very willing to work with me. My whole experience with Eye-On, both during and after we were being service by them, left a bitter taste in my mouth. 2-stars because 1) Stephanie did dial in and clear their codes out of the system, and 2) she gave a heads up that this location has wiring problems. read more

Great service from a great team. Todd and company took over my old installation, worked through some compatibility issues with Comcast got everything working just exactly perfect. read more

I would put -0- stars but then it won't show my comments. I cancelled this service Aug 2017 and they have been billing my card every month consistently for a service that was CANCELLED. I call constantly and I'm told its taken care of but yet the billing (stealing) continues. Spare yourself the paid and call ADT. Now I have to call an attorney to get my money back. RUN read more

Been a satisfied Eye-On Alarm customer for over 8 years. Quick response when I have had questions; pleasant operators when I have set off the alarm by accident and needed it reset. Highly recommend. read more

I am curious if others have observed a shift in the rating distribution. Previously, there appeared to be a notable number of 1- and 2-star ratings. However, the current ratings predominantly consist of 5-star reviews, often accompanied by comments praising "Todd's excellent character" and "his outstanding performance." This pattern could be a cause for concern for anyone considering engaging in business with this individual.Now I meet todd when he installed one of his camera on an old lady who was feeding the stray cats out of compasion .Todd would see her on the camerra run down stairs take the cat food and throw it on her car ..I would hear him yelling at her and would tell him to stop ..He never did went as far as to put traps up that would of harmed the cats ..To keep me away while he was harassing the old lady he put a restraining order on me !!! I was late at court hering so i lost in a default.Look at the film of him doing rude justzters the kids under 12 years of age ..Its your choice to hire him or not ,the worst complants have been taken off yep for some reason. By the way he lives in the same complex as I do he no longer has a restraining order on me..Just use your best judjmeant on hireing him for anything including a back round check on him ..Thank you for your time in reading this .. read more

Ask the paintball teams 6-13 yr olds that the owner of the eye on alarm co. played pornographic audio blaring while gesturing sexual acts to the children. Does an individual get any more disgusting? He has another habit of attacking abandoned animals if abusing children isn't enough. You really want him to have access to your cameras? I certainly don't. read more
