Absolutely Terrible service. I didnt even get there . i booked my appointment online. I received confirmation. I was really excited to check the services out. First off : it is incredible hard to find and I have Apple map. So i called. They denied having received my reservation. The girl was rude and very unapologetic , rather than offer a solution or even direct me to their hole in the wall ( I was standing between #609and #616!), she kept repeating that "No she doesn't believe so..." very insulting. Based on reviews and photos on yelp I decided to book a full set with Tori at Eye Makeovers. I booked online and got a generic confirmation text and then a text from her a little later- it was really easy and convenient. Her location is just gorgeous both the location and the interior. I think the ocean breeze coming in and the music she had playing almost put me to sleep a few times while she was working on my lashes. I wanted a natural look and she delivered. My lashes look so beautiful and cute and I love how soft and light they feel. She knows a lot about lash extensions and how to keep them clean, and brush and maintain them so they last as long as possible and she passed all that knowledge onto me which was greatly appreciated. It was as yelp says a 3-star rating is worth, A-OK. Tori is incredibly nice and friendly with her clients and the space she recently moved into is very cute, it's a residential area. Her e-mails were a bit short so she didn't really explain much about location, but I figured it out when I got there. She had me fill out papers but she never looked at them. I couldn't give a 4 or 5 star review because I've gotten lashes done quite a few times, and I just don't think the value is there in her price points and what she did. She gave me the classic look, which looks nice, but the price was double/triple what I paid at other locations and for the amount of lashes. I ended up needing false lashes anyway for my wedding since hers looked sparse (my natural lashes are also sparse though). She said she wouldn't have time for volume lashes, but volume lashes are what I usually get at half the price and in the same amount of time. I was a bit uncomfortable and the glue she used was very harsh. Her speed was not what I am accustomed to either because she was a bit slow, but I think that might be because she likes to be friendly and talk with guests when possible. I think if you don't mind paying a premium for her service, she's okay. However, I wouldn't go back and there are better values out in the area. She also doesn't accept card. Recently I decided I needed to try to get some services on my skin so I met up with Torry and she suggested either a pumpkin facial or a microdermabrasion. I went for the microdermabrasion and was so happy with my results. She also did a deep hydrating vitamin C treatment and neck shoulder massage while the treatment was absorbing. Great pressure.
