Fernando and Aric are super nice and helpful, too. Ting and Kenny's patience is mind-boggling. They never looked exhausted or annoyed as I've experienced at other opticals. Truly a work of art for him. As for COVID rules, they take your temperature at the front door and all staff wears masks. They have boxes to sanitize each pair of glasses that you've tried. Very sanitary and also helps with the try-on process because it doesn't have residue or gunk from numerous people trying it on. Eye Genius' selection is phenomenal. However, what keeps me coming back and what sets them apart from all the opticals is the outstanding service. Something was wrong with one pair of glasses and they owned up to the error and fixed it for me quickly. The place looked clean and friendly so we walked in. I was expecting to get an appointment for the following week but my expectations were exceeded when they said they could see him right away. I worked with Ting for the initial set up and to get insurance information as well as after the appointment when my son needed to try on the contracts for the first time.
