I am so happy with my new glasses from Lens Save--not only can I finally see my workstation…read moreclearly, but the lens quality is superb, the frames are comfortable to wear, and I finally have confidence that they won't snap like the ones from the competitor. I originally bought glasses from a local competitor, and the frames kept snapping--five pairs in total, most within days. They even let me switch to different frames at no cost, but those snapped the next day as well. The lenses also weren't built correctly for my Rx, and I kept thinking the issue was me. The staff there were kind, but after so many failed attempts, I had to walk away. A second opinion confirmed that the lenses were poorly shaped, causing stress fractures in every frame. I went to Lens Save Express, where I've shopped in the past, and shared my experience. I bought an Armani frame for the lenses, but it snapped the next day too. Instead of brushing it off, they investigated thoroughly. Their lens specialist confirmed the lenses were the real problem and offered to replace them for free. The new glasses--progressive lenses with beautiful frames--fit perfectly, feel great to wear, and have held up without any issues. The customer service, patience, and kindness I received at Lens Save were outstanding. I highly recommend them and am truly grateful for the care they took to make everything right.

Yes, they're cheap. But the saying is true, you get what you pay for…read more WORST customer service ever. My husband bought a pair of glasses and he thought he found the perfect pair at Ollie Quinn. The floor model fit perfectly, snug in all the right place. When he picked up the glasses he ordered, they couldn't adjust it to fit anything like the floor model. To get the arms to be snug, the glasses were bent and the look was ruined. If it was straightened out to look good, the arms were so loose, the glasses would slip off. He complained and the manager approved to have them redone at a higher index which was suppose to be thinner lenses that would help keep the original shape and feel. My husband had originally ordered progressives, but he didn't like the distortion so he requested they not do it on the new pair. He picked up the new pair and I asked about the difference in price since he cancelled the progressive which adds about $100. I was told it was offset by the cost of the higher index on these new lenses. Low and behold, they still could not adjust it correctly. And all they would refund was $75 for the frame. They kept $325 for all this hassle! So hope you aren't picky about your glasses cause they will take your money. By the way, their progressive technology is the older one, everything they do is probably older technology and that's why they cost less then other big name stores. Beware.

Dr…read more Kloepfer recommended I get 4 Forma Radio Frequency (RF) as well as Lumecca Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments. My first treatment was done in January 2026, administered by a very skilled and gentle-mannered young woman named Hannah. She talked me through everything she was going to do, and made sure I was comfortable with the heat of the RF and the strength of the IPL pulses. Once she was done, she gave my face a wonderful, soothing massage. After this she called on Dr. Kloepfer to express the ducts along the edges of my eyelids. That's when he showed me which areas of my eyelids were in good functioning order, and which were blocked or atrophied. It gave me a good understanding of the condition of my eyes and how the further 3 treatments would improve my condition. I have now completed my treatments and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend these treatments and this clinic. My sincere thanks to Hannah and Dr. Kloepfer!

Hello review #900!…read more I moved to Toronto 3 years ago and haven't bothered to find an Optomitrist so I figured while I was back in town for the holidays I would get an eye exam. The offices are really nice and have a modern look and feel. They layout seems a little odd but you always have someone directing you around so you can't get lost. The doctors have changed over the years but I've always had a great exam with each. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of price. The exam itself is $110 compared to around $75 for a standard exam. I wear Acuvue Advanced contact lenses and Health Plus charges $40 per box. Clearly Contacts charges $32.99, a pretty big difference.

The staff were all friendly & professional. The lady that selects the frames (after taking a look at my face) was impressive ! She sat me down, looked at my face shape, did a four finger measure and returned with 6 pairs of frames. Every frame was a fit ! She knows exactly what she's doing. The 1st pair I tried were perfect they looked great on me. The Optometrist was fantastic. I've had eye examinations before but never one as thorough as the one at Mission Eye Care. The Doctor was polite, professional & she gave my eyes the most thorough examination I ever had. I did mention that my previous eye exams were no where near as detailed as the examination she did and the Doctor was genuinely surprised that had been my experience. All of my future Optometry needs will be taken care of by Mission Eye Care. Thank You, to all the staff at Mission Eye Care. You made my visit a very pleasant one !
