The staff came off dismissive and made it feel like everything was my fault.Overall, very unprofessional service and no accountability. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We were in and out of the store in about 20 minutes with glasses that fixed, adjusted and comfortable for my wife. We were so glad we found Optical Services. Thank you. In addition the optician argued with me about my sight and told me my doctor did not get the prescription correct. It was time to move on. I was very fortunate to find Soto's Optical. All the staff were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This was a very refreshing change from the previous optician. If you have worn glasses for any length of time you know when your glasses do not fit properly and your vision is not corrected properly. At this point I was very frustrated because I could not see properly. I ordered my glasses and just picked them up today. What a big difference. I can actually see again. I would highly recommend Soto's Optical Boutique. I will continue to support this business in the future.

However, the final product (the glasses) was very expensive. I am not sure that the quality and/or the maker of the frames justified the price. You may find that the cost of their product exceeds the value. Caveat emptor, buyer beware. Vanessa Smith

I saw several neuro-ophthalmologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and functional doctors, but no one had answers. I found Dr. Michael while searching for vision therapy, hoping it might help my dizziness. At my very first appointment, he diagnosed me with binocular vision dysfunction and reassured me that he could help. For the first time in years, I felt hope. It's been just two months since that first visit, and the difference is incredible. Dr. Michael prescribed prism glasses, which have already made a huge impact. I now see Wendy, the vision therapist, twice a week. She is so kind, patient, and knowledgable, and Dr. Michael often stops in during my sessions to check on my progress and make adjustments when needed. It may be a small practice, but they know their stuff! They are compassionate and dedicated. This team has truly changed my health and my life!!! After I got them and went into my car they didn't work and I rerun them because my car is a new card and the glasses don't work w/ my cars tinted windows so I returned them. Now they refuse to give me back my $275.oo I paid for them. And sent me a nasty letter they are not sound business. They gave me a refund but it was for the original pair amount not the second pair. But now they refused to pay me my refund amount and the difference between the first pair and second pair. The correct payment of $275. which I have a receipt that I paid! Buyer Beware! I want to add that the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met in the 30 yrs I lived here in Fla. They refused to give me a receipt for the return glasses and was so nasty like the other reviewer stated in her review giving her 1 star lowest rating! I totally agree with her. I never met the doctor they refused to have her call me.... It was the staff that was extremely nasty & wouldn't give me my $275. Back after I returned the glasses the same day she gave them to me! Dr Wendy you sighed the nasty letter but never called me to find out what went on with your rude employees! The ppl who pay you were never given the opportunity to explain the situation to you. And you just accepted the word of your incompetent help. I still have not received my refund for glasses that were not accepted and returned!!! You owe me $275.00 respectfully waiting for the opportunity what went on in your office! Just so you have been informed. A copy of this review is being sent to my surgeon that recommended you!

I am writing this review as a service to anyone looking for an eye Doctor in Englewood Fl…read more I went to K & K Eye center for my yearly eye exam, as I had gone there last year. The exam itself was uneventful and I was checking out and they told me I had met my deductible for the year and only owed $40.00. I paid the $40.00 without any dispute and left. It was on a Friday and they close at 3:00. I went home and looked on my evidence of coverage and it clearly stated that my eye exams were fully covered for $0.00. I waited till they opened today and called. The person answering the phone informed me that they found out Friday that they shouldn't have charged me. They did not call me on Friday or today to tell me they made a mistake. I was told they would have a Dr. refund my payment when they came in. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful and never once apologized for the mistake. She was unprofessional and rude. I told her that I was going to find a different Dr for next years exam, and she said that was a good idea, and hung up. I called back to speak to the office manager and got a recording. I left a voicemail asking for someone to call me back and didn't hear from them till 2:40 this afternoon. I spoke to Dr. Eugenides who seemed defensive from the start. I told him what I was told by the person who I spoke to earlier and he said he would check with them. He also looked up my insurance info and personally told me I should not have been charged. He also said that patients are not always truthful when they don't like what they are told. I continued to tell him that I was told by their employee , I wasn't making anything up. He got increasingly agitated and began yelling at me through the phone. He continued to cut me off in mid sentence and wouldn't let me explain what happened. I was never given a copy of my prescription for lenses. If you are looking for a reasonable Eye Dr. I would definitely not recommend K & K Eye Center in Englewood.
