I've been out of Sarasota for a couple years and haven't been able to find a dental practice in Atlanta like SRQ Dentistry. I'm planning to switch back in 2024 even though that means flying down for appointments.

I've never experienced such horrible treatment and incompetence. One midwife called me and told me I needed to see a hematologist because I had high WBC (neutrophils) when in reality my immune system was just properly functioning since I never got sick. When I went in to see her, she stated they would "keep" my baby if I didn't retake their standard lab work because she could not locate my records in my chart. She told me she couldn't accept my lab work papers off my phone, when I was just trying to show proof of the documentation. The lab work was found later after the argument. That same appointment I had to get a shot, and the next midwife couldn't even tell me where it goes, they assumed the arm. It goes in the buttocks. The assistant that administered it, knew that. They did not. The manager was highly unprofessional and I had contacted my insurance company of my complaints as well as assist in returning my funds I paid in advance. I was in my 3rd trimester and had to switch OBs. Fortunately I found a reputable one that took us so late in my pregnancy. I was unable to contact dr Garner directly about my concerns of their staffing, which is unfortunate.
