I have been going to Kevin and Brad for a decade - even before they opened Clarity Hearing. They have my utmost confidence. They diagnosed my hearing loss, explained my options and guided me into the world of hearing aids. Arrived there early and was promptly greeted by Kevin Wagner. The office is sparkling with informative wall posters. I was there for my very first hearing aids. They reviewed my reports prior to my appointment and recommended the Phonak Audeo L70's. After fine tuning with numerous informative data points I got to experience a life changing difference in my hearing and just in time too Kevin and his brother Brad were so informative and were both genuinely concerned and pleased at the outcome They have state of the art technology and explained and instructed me on how and what to do. Established in 2022.

Clarity Hearing Care was founded by brothers Brad and Kevin Wagner with a mission rooted in family, experience, and compassion. The Wagner brothers grew up around hearing care; their father was a longtime hearing aid specialist who built one of the most respected Beltone dealerships of its time, operating 10 offices throughout Tampa Bay. Their passion became personal after seeing how hearing loss affected their own family, including their mother at home and their sister in school. Those experiences shaped their belief that hearing care should be honest, patient-focused, and supportive long after the fitting. After nearly 20 years with Audibel, Brad and Kevin opened Clarity Hearing Care to create an independent practice with more technology choices, clear explanations, insurance-friendly options, and no-pressure recommendations. Today, Clarity serves Osprey, Englewood, St. Petersburg, and nearby communities with hearing exams, fittings, cleanings, repairs, adjustments, and support.

About the Managers Clarity Hearing Care is proudly owned and operated by brothers Kevin and Brad Wagner, both licensed hearing aid specialists with decades of combined experience. I had a surgical procedure on October 16th involving a middle ear injection to address eustachian tube dysfunction. This procedure had been scheduled months in advance. A day before my the surgery date, Dr. Marlowe's office contacted me and required a $450 out-of-pocket payment for the injection, stating they would work with my insurance afterward to assist with reimbursement. I paid this amount. On the morning of surgery, I arrived at the surgery center at 6:00 a.m. and was informed that I would also need to pay a $1,200 surgery center fee because it had not been submitted to my insurance for pre-authorization. The office had several months to obtain authorization but had not done so - to my expense. I was told that if I did not pay the $1,200 that morning, the procedure would need to be rescheduled. After waiting months with intermittent hearing in one ear, I felt I had no choice but to pay. It has now been four months, and I have not been reimbursed for either charge due to repeated billing errors. My insurance company has issued multiple denials based on incorrect coding, missing documentation, and failure to submit required retro-authorization forms. Each time I follow up, they tell me "it's resolved on their end." It's "resolved" because I paid it! Unless I consistently pursue updates myself, no action is taken. I carry excellent insurance coverage, and reimbursement should not be difficult. The issue is not coverage -- it is the repeated failure to properly submit documentation and carelessness of the office because they are not out the $1,650, I am.
