The flowers were dry, limp and hanging on by a thread just about dead. When the delivery lady arrived at my door, door, I told her to take them right back because they were NOT what I ordered. She gave a story of her daughter and Pam being acquainted with each other via marriage or something and that her daughter had actually made the bouquet but didn't have all the flowers needed blah blah blah.... I cared less and still sent her and the flowers back! However, she did agree that they were about dead and looked nothing like the photo I showed her from off Pam's Florist website. She came back about an hour later and I told her I would be calling Pam directly bc the latter were no better than the first delivery not to mention still "did not" look like the picture online and was not the arraignment I ordered. Long story short I called Pam and she was very unprofessional and downright nasty regarding the situation. I sent her pictures of what was delivered. She agreed that the arraignment was not like pictured on her website... but she would give me "$20 back that all that's it to compensate for "all" the missing flowers but could not do anything regarding the HALF DEAD FLOWERS THAT WERE SENT! I mind you the bouquet was missing all the roses, the 2 tall flowers (I have no clue what they are called) and all the greenery!! I was livid!!! After attempting to plead my case with pictures the attitude she gave was, she could careless! With that being said I no longer use her florist nor does any of my friends or family members!

When I mentioned it- she the owner refused to take the Crestor coupon any longer after she had been using it for months. With that being said, the home town drug store I moved to took the coupons and charged me the correct price per the coupons instruction. I to was treated rudely by the pharmacist the first time I come to Nuckolls drug store. I did report this to the owner. She did seem to be concerned but I doubt she did much about it. Anyway, I changed drug stores a year or so ago and thus far am very happy and they work with you trying to get you the best price available or with the use of coupons. Beware of some pharmacy's they do not give you the best price, or treat you the best. They are more interested in how much money they can make off you instead of giving you well deserved great customer service. Now I save much more money on my prescriptions.

When I contacted customer service they refuse to give me a full refund unless I paid full shipping to return. This company is overseas and full shipping would cost me as much as the shoes cost! If it was just because I didn't like the shoes I can understand but they were Miss represented. They finally admitted that this is the largest size they had and yet they put down that it was a size 13 when it's clearly marked differently. They finally stopped responding to me and I am very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this company. They don't stay behind their items.
