I was worried I was too late, but they were very accommodating. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but Freya was fantastic- I originally had my eye on brown lashes, but once I heard the specifics, they didn't quite fit my budget. Freya helped me find a great alternative that kept me happy and within my price range. The whole process was quick and easy, and the studio itself is really lovely. Parking was a breeze too, which is always a bonus. Highly recommend Freya and this studio to anyone looking for lash extensions!

Finding a parking spot was a breeze since there is plenty of parking available. When you first walk in, the entrance layout is a bit confusing, but an employee immediately greeted me and guided me to put my name on the check-in kiosk. I waited about 15 minutes before my technician called me back. She showed me pictures to discuss the exact look I wanted and gave great recommendations on what would suit for my eyes. The application process took a little over an hour. Even though another employee approached my lash tech to talk while she was working on me, she stayed completely attentive and focused on my set. The final results are amazing! I took them on a trip to Maui where I was swimming and diving in the water. A week later, they still look completely full and intact. Plus, they give out coupons for established customers to keep you coming back. I highly recommend them!

This is by far one of the worst sets of lashes I've ever received from a professional salon. I felt…read morerushed throughout the entire appointment. I explained to Tina that I wasn't familiar with the different styles, but I wanted something full and thick while still looking natural. She recommended wispy lashes for a fuller look, but the results were disappointing. My lashes have noticeable gaps and don't blend together. It barely looks like I had them done. My appointment was at 5:15, they started at 5:30, and I was out of the chair by 6:30. Between the timing, the service, and the finished look, the whole experience felt rushed. I also told her twice that I work out, but I didn't feel heard when we were discussing the glue. Her coworker actually had to repeat, "She said she works out," before Tina changed the glue she planned to use. The set was supposed to be $90, but to me, it looks more like a basic classic set done by a beginner than the full, wispy look we discussed. I didn't feel valued as a customer, and I won't be returning to Tina. I left feeling like getting me out of the chair mattered more than making sure my lashes looked right.
