Isabel is the absolute worst when it comes to the customer experience…read more I came in brunette (natural brown) all I requested was to be a light brown that down the road if I chose too I could pursue becoming blonde. I was turned into a ginger/red head.... When I texted her my disappointment with the outcome I was then told, "The color you picked was 7NWB , it's a warm color that's the reason looks like ginger" "THAT'S THE REASON LOOKS LIKE GINGER" - Isabel This is ridiculous. You the specialist should one, educate the client and two, be clear on their ask. I was clear on my simple request to be a lighter brown. How on earth we got to "LOOKS LIKE GINGER" is unacceptable!!!! Though she offered to add darker pigment the damage was already done. I had to cancel meetings, reschedule, and postpone an interview due to the lack of formality my appearance would have had. After a $220 dollar experience I had to run to Safeway for box dye so that I could make the rest of my meetings that day. After reaching out and explaining my POV on why I am requesting a particular refund of $120 she REFUSED. When attending JD Academy, I was thrilled that there was a chapter about ingredients. I already had so much Knowledge, and I just wanted to keep learning as much as possible. This information helped me create the all-natural and effective skin care products. With this new knowledge of esthetics, I formulated my beauty line.
