Highest wash doesn't clean your car. Doesn't rinse off the soap. Absolutely awful, and a waste of money.

Went in a couple weeks ago to get my oil changed, ended up having to get my front breaks done and some other stuff as well.

Not just about doing quality work, but about people. You can see it in the way he treats his customers, the pride he takes in his work, and the respect he shows his employees. There's a level of integrity here that's hard to come by. No pressure, no upselling, just honest explanations and work done the right way. You can tell this is a business built on trust, not shortcuts. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly supported by leadership that values them, which says a lot about the culture behind the scenes. Things I've thought were bad, he says they are fine. When something needed to be done that he couldn't handle(axle repack), he referred me to a reputable shop. Overall, Troy and his partner are just an all-round solid team who care about the people in the neighborhood they serve.

I brought my car in here on April 23, 2025. I had heard about Turbo Tim's being good for Toyotas,…read moreso when I search them online, the one that was closest to me didn't have openings for several weeks and I saw that this one had an opening the next day so I grabbed it. I had a very loud sound in my car and I'd had it for about a month. It was getting worse, I thought it was maybe something wrong with the head gasket or exhaust or something. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as a problem with my heat, shield and corrected it for basically the cost of the $45 inspection fee. While I was there, I decided to get other things done. I got a full synthetic oil change. I got a coolant flush And fill, I got a replaced engine oil, pressure switch, and replaced headlight bulb. The way they do estimates and pricing is very transparent and there's not really any pressure at all to get unneeded services. The full synthetic oil changed for example, was actually cheaper than every other place. I've gotten that done by about $12. They were incredibly customer service oriented. They offered to send me home in a rideshare vehicle and pick me up later, but I decided to work in their lounge area and just use their Wi-Fi, which worked great. The repairs were done pretty quickly for all that they were doing, and I was surprised at the end that my car was washed because they hadn't even mentioned that shop manager guy Darius even offered to get me a Diet Coke when he was out and about and I just was very impressed with the vibe of the whole place there technical expertise and Customer service. I was very impressed with the place as a whole and will definitely be back. The cats are an awesome addition and are obviously well taken care of as well.
