They do have firewood and propane tanks/exchange station. There is also free air available for your tires. That being said, this is my local gas station. It has a familiar "Mom and Pop shop" feel. All of the times I have been here they have shown great customer service and positive attitude.

To not fix anything!! I said my check engine light was on and wanted to know what was wrong. If they needed to do more than use an electronic reader to see what the check engine code was they should have told me ahead of time about need for (and cost of) further diagnosis. Edit: Scott (the owner) called me and apologized, saying they should have let me know about the cost of diagnostics up front before performing the work and they issued a refund. I appreciate the communication and customer service after the fact, but still wish this had been handled better from the get-go. Their price was still 500%+ higher than my guy who does car work on the side is charging for it, and while I get that they have shop costs, workers, warrantees and whatnot to cover they still seem to consistently run a significant amount higher than other shops. ($62.23 for the part which costs $25 to buy myself from AutoZone is over a 200% mark-up alone...)

The manager actually told me to go to Speedway and get my free ice there! Excellent customer service- NOT!! Corporate said she was right! I'm now officially done with Holiday stores.

I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they don't call me "sweetheart" when I walk in the door. I appreciate their recommendations like "If you're just driving around town, this will be fine, but if you're traveling out of state, you need this fixed," and "We could fix this now but it won't negatively affect your brakes and it would cost you a lot of money. Otherwise, we could fix it when you get your brakes replaced and you'll save on labor." (Paraphrased, but these are real things they've said that have been helpful.) It's clear to me that they care about their customers and value customer loyalty over a quick extra buck. Also love the free car wash tickets you get with an oil change.

It is always clean, they always have what I've needed, and the people that work there are so kind and friendly. Sat 6/13/20: Chris was AWESOME! I tried looking for a drink and it wasn't there, he passed by and I asked him if they had it. He came back with one. I then asked if he minded if I had another. Without hesitation or looking annoyed/frustrated he went right back to the cooler and got it for me. It's nice not feeling like a burden in certain situations. It was a busy day and they had 3 people on the registers, Chris immediately went behind the counter to start helping out - I love seeing that! At this location I have yet to try their coffee or hot foods, but they look delicious and are on my list to try. Since COVID is still present in the area, they have little "6 ft away" stickers on the ground for places people can stand to maintain distance. Their "start here" line for the cash register can be a bit confusing as the divider to guide people to the registers is off to the side and most of the time I go in here the line is always in a different direction. Not a dealbreaker but just something I've noticed whenever I visit. All that matters is we all form some type of line and get the items we need!
