I happen to be…read moreworking in the area and needed to stop bye only to find that it was probably the biggest mistake I had made all week. as a general rule of thumb I tend to understand that many different types of people will visit any given gas station at any time, but when management of said establishment begin posting signs telling people that they will take away "bathroom privileges" because they don't want to take time out of their day to keep a clean store, that tells everything you need to know. I understand that there can be uncivilized visitors, but there are much better ways to handle this situation. The amount of effort (or lack thereof) was a parent in almost every corner of this building. From open store rooms, unpackaged boxes laying around, to only one person barely making an effort at the register with a long line of people, and lack of general cleanliness all throughout the store, I'm surprised they've managed to stay in business this long.

When she won her way to the service counter, I told her that there were no labels telling me what taquitos were on the roller and asked her if she knew what flavors they were. she said "I don't know because I didn't put them there." and she walked away. I bought three of them, and put them in a coffee cup because there were no containers. i brought them to the service counter, and she was no where to be found. when she emerged from a room at the front of the station, I set the coffee cup of taquitos on the counter in front of her. she was going to charge me over 5 dollars. I said "isn't it 3 for $3. she said that she didn't know how mani I got, and then gave me the correct price. When I started to eat one of the taquitos, I realized that they had been on the rollers for a long time and were overcooked. I took a lil three of the taquitos from different rows, and found that they only put out one flavor. the food area wasn't clean, the employee smelled bad, and the service was terrible. apparently they get enough drive bye business that they don't really care about service

I…read morepulled up to a pump and got out to begin filling, only to notice that the price, on all the pumps, was $2.80 instead. I went inside and told them they had drawn me in at their advertised price but the the pump price was higher. The man I spoke to had no power to do anything and said someone had gone out to change the outside sign. I said I still expected to pay only $2.75 since that was what was advertised at the time I drove in. A woman named Karrie came in and the man told her what I had said. She said, with tons of arrogant attitude, "You'll either pay $2.80 a gallon, or you won't be buying gas here." She then pressed the button that changed the sign outside. I told her that that policy was both "bait and switch" AND false advertising and that I would be reporting her to the Attorneys General office, the local chamber of commence and placing negative reviews of the store and of Karrie's attitude in particular here and elsewhere so others can avoid them. Note to the store: If you are in the process of changing a price upwards, you change the outside sign FIRST, then change the pumps to match. You DON'T change the pump price upward while the outside sign conveys a lower price. False advertising. Illegal. Don't buy here. Patronize the Shell station across the street instead. I won't be back to this Super America again.

They are honest, respectful, and friendly mechanics and workers here. Speaking as a woman, I have never experienced any condescension and feel very safe and not taken advantage of. Their prices are average, but the service is efficient, and the friendly staff make it worth it. They even gave my car a complimentary car wash after an oil change! They have a cozy waiting area in their office if you choose to wait for your car instead of taking one of their loaners. I highly recommend this auto shop for car maintenance, especially to women who are looking for trusted mechanics.

Sold me contaminated diesel fuel, I made it a few miles before my truck started knocking and…read moresmoking. Drained the fuel filter and it was half dirty water and the other half was the brownest diesel I've ever seen. The cashier wouldn't give me the owners contact info and wouldn't take mine told me to come back in the morning and he would be there. He wasn't and a different employee told me the same thing. Called the department of weights and measures and they came and treated their tanks and the diesel, 89 and 91 octane all failed. It was a nightmare to deal with, marathon corporate was no help and finally after threatening to hire a lawyer did the owners attorney contact me. I had to pay for the almost two months of car rental fees and the $10k repair bill out of pocket and got reimbursed after.
