They have signs all across that state "no public restroom" which is very understandable. They charge $1 to use and they bathrooms are filthy. If a patron is paying for a service then the basics like soap and paper should be provided. I'd stay away from this location if possible and drive a few more minutes down the road to the next service station.

My husband said he would ask for a refund if it didn't clean the back. It's one thing for an automated machine to mix a part of the car but half? That's crazy... my husband thought that the person that was in front of us maybe had pulled into the machine over to one side too much and perhaps this caused the problem.. but alas, no. We can see the cars behind us pointing to the back of our car and complaining they also don't want the same result on their own automobiles. He proceeded to tel my husband he can't get a refund because he paid at the pump and it gave him a discount... no idea. I didn't realize that it did. Maybe it did. Don't know. We got the general managers number and will call when we return home from our trip as we do not live in this part of Texas.
