My boss went there after our meeting in mid-afternoon. He left my office at about 1:30 and I received an emailed invoice at 2:36. Not bad! I'm happy to report that we have a happy boss - "I'll be going there again." The crew was thorough, but quick. No issues. The diesel truck was a bit higher ($219.66) for the following: + engine oil drain & refill + oil filer + air filter + and labor The other truck is a Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Its total came out to $124.77. They provide detailed notes on their invoices as well as the names of the services technicians. My other boss lives in Seminole. A second location also recently opened there that is equally efficient! I'm a fan... especially since I don't have to listen to men whine and moan about their "trucks not being worked on right." The one-seater restroom is typical for this size of convenience store, but the unusual part was that there was a sign that asked us not to flush the toilet paper (but to place the used paper in the trash can), as if I was in a third-world country or something. Well, I flushed the paper anyway & it was just fine! This is Texas, not a third-world country, people. Either fix your plumbing, or stock up on more biodegradable toilet paper.

Earlier this year, I had a leak in my line that ran from my house to my gas meter. I freaked out, but I knew the first step was to call Zia. I dealt with at least five different Zia employees which ranged from a receptionist to a couple of different technicians who came out to my house. Every single Zia employee was respectful and made me feel at ease about the process I need to go through to get my situation resolved. On another note, it was equally easy to set up my account and it has been relatively easy to pay my monthly bill. I only wish that they would not charge a fee every time I want to pay online through my bank account. If it's an automatic draft, then, why should I being charged a fee for that?

He smarted off and said, they are all being used. 5 min later, slowing moving employee came out and started cleaning the showers from previous users. After he cleaned 3, he hit some buttons and my number was called. The showers were not being used. They were just not worried about cleaning them and keeping the line moving. Poor customer service

The employees are nice, understanding and do take accountability if they make any errors and are quick to fix them. I love the diversity of this place, if English is not your first language, they have employees that are bilingual and can help you. It's safe to say that you will be heard in this store. I've only been in here a couple times while traveling with my husband but within those times the place just continues to grow on me. Yesterday was adorable to say the least as I saw one of the employees get so excited when a customer asked her about the rewards program, her enthusiasm made me want to sign up. My…read morecompany bought new tires for my Jeep stating that I definitely use it for all kinds of job-related errands and package drop-offs, etc. First off, thank goodness for amazing bosses like mine. Second, I really appreciate the folks at Murdock York Tire. They are so easy to get along with and followed up quickly on all of my recent inquiries about my personal vehicle as well as my company's work trucks. Recently I pulled up to a bay. A young employee motioned me into the garage and got my beastie Jeep (which I named Tilda when we bought it in 2020) parked. Told the employee what I wanted. Two guys quickly came back with two different Cooper tires I requested. I played dumb even though the tread on one of them was much more tame than the other. "What's the difference between them other than the price?" I inquired. The youngster with the thicker, wider tread said "This one's more aggressive and good for all types of [surfaces]." I went with those because my Jeep didn't look all that cool to me with the factory set. The new Jeep kicks weren't cheap, but not super expensive either considering I got the more rugged, all-terrain tires (just over $1,600 for a set of four). The guys in the shop area are hustlers. I don't think I was there even 20 minutes. I received them on 11/20/2023 as a walk-in at around 1PM. I have no complaints about their work or the actual tires. They did really great on my recent 2,100+ mile trip through New Mexico, Colorado and Texas which emcompassed mud, snow, and ice and tons of rain. The ladies at the front are very friendly, laid-back and funny. Recommend!

I had limited time to get an oil change and my usual spot was packed and was driving by and I stopped by and Rodger was so informative and attentive to all my questions. Gave me suggestions on the high value items they offered. I will definitely be going back not only because of their customer service but their fast service. He refused to go to the place that I have been going to because apparently he has an ex girlfriend who works there. I joked and said good I'll have a chat with her next time. He didn't think I was funny. LOL. I drove here on 6/23/2023 so he could go inside to check in and tell the service manager what he needed done. I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list.

The place was so crowded at around noon (March 9, 2026)! Lol. I could have figured. Two things I would change... - one of the entry points driving in could be improved by some line repainting as some drivers do not have common sense - not a single employee said hi to me today, yet, I walked by plenty of them! Otherwise, this brand new, clean grocery store is a great addition to this small, growing community. It is way nicer and seemingly larger than the one in Hobbs (to the south). There are many deals if you look for them - but you need to enroll for the rewards program using your phone number so that the discounts are taken off when you check out. Self-checkout was available. That's how I managed to not be greeted by an employee.
