First time going there for my oil change and Rodger was very attentive and the guys doing my oil change and service were so helpful. I had limited time to get an oil change and my usual spot was packed and was driving by and I stopped by and Rodger was so informative and attentive to all my questions. My significant other drove down to Hobbs to meet my family. Right before we went on a weekend trip together, though, he expressed the need to get the fluids on his SUV checked, and the oil and filter changed. He refused to go to the place that I have been going to because apparently he has an ex girlfriend who works there. I joked and said good I'll have a chat with her next time. He didn't think I was funny. LOL. I drove here on 6/23/2023 so he could go inside to check in and tell the service manager what he needed done. I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list. read more

They will take care of their customers. I have used zk and now Might Wash for over 15 years. Oil change and fuel filter replacement. After a small leak and traveling out of state. I called them and they immediately recommended some service shops in the area I traveled (Tulsa, Ok). Tulsa shop said it was a faulty fuel filter. When I returned to Hobbs. They took care of all expenses and apologized. No need for apology as we encounter faulty equipment. I appreciate them taking care of the bill. I will continue being a customer. read more

I dropped my car off for an oil leak around the valve cover. The car was still leaking oil after they told me it was fixed. I returned the car they installed a new valve cover and stripped a bolt. They gave me my car back with a stripped bolt and was leaking oil still. I had to take the car back once more for them to replace that and when I picked it up the final time the AC compressor isn't working. Upon calling and speaking to Jack he was very rude and said they wouldn't help with the situation at all. STAY AWAY from this shop they have very poor maintenance practices and very poor customer support. read more

I swear I have taken a whole day to think about this before writing it, but one of the worst business experiences happened to me today and I'm so mad I had to wait for a while to write it....so on Monday I made an appointment for Thursday to have an amp installed. I took a vacation day and showed up this morning to have them tell me that I'm not in the system. So I tell them the name of the employee I talked to and he went outside for on the phone for 10 minutes and came back and sat there at his computer for 5 minutes...then he told me" Nope, we have you down for Friday not today. Instead of admitting their mistake the guy was a smart ass prick to me and acted like I got the day wrong, when I am the one that took the vacation day the same day I told them. Besides that I drove 30 miles from Seminole only to be told all this bullshit. Never said oh I'm sorry we got mixed up on days or anything, no apology at all, just acted like a prick. So after wasting a vacation day to get this done I was treated like a piece of shit and I hope that karma comes back to this rude pos in one way or another. read more
