My company has a few work trucks that travel often on the usual, terrible New Mexico roads with the usual, terrible drivers - New Mexicans, Texans, & Mexicans, y'all! Another Brothers Auto Glass has replaced two of our windshields due to multiple chips and cracks from flinging rocks on these routes. After dealing with big name companies like Safelite for many years, I'm proud to say that this small business in Hobbs, NM, is not only responsive and friendly, but they got the jobs done right the first times. It's not the most noticeable building on Grimes, but what really matters is... + fast repairs/replacements + competitive prices + friendly service + quick communication + no issues whatsoever with dropoff, pickup, or the truck being there with locked tool boxes, etc. Perhaps they are not as fancy as the big guys, but their work thus far has been top notch with quality glass. Plastic payment is accepted.

For context, some of the pillar/door body panels on my car needed to be removed in order to access the windshield. They removed them, replaced the windshield, and then replaced the panels afterwards - all with no issues. A couple days later, one of the panels fell off when I was on the highway, and I wasn't able to recover it. Now I'm out an extra $1200 to replace it, and they gave me the "we're not liable for anything except the glass" excuse and have been giving me the silent treatment ever since. Smh.

My…read morecompany bought new tires for my Jeep stating that I definitely use it for all kinds of job-related errands and package drop-offs, etc. First off, thank goodness for amazing bosses like mine. Second, I really appreciate the folks at Murdock York Tire. They are so easy to get along with and followed up quickly on all of my recent inquiries about my personal vehicle as well as my company's work trucks. Recently I pulled up to a bay. A young employee motioned me into the garage and got my beastie Jeep (which I named Tilda when we bought it in 2020) parked. Told the employee what I wanted. Two guys quickly came back with two different Cooper tires I requested. I played dumb even though the tread on one of them was much more tame than the other. "What's the difference between them other than the price?" I inquired. The youngster with the thicker, wider tread said "This one's more aggressive and good for all types of [surfaces]." I went with those because my Jeep didn't look all that cool to me with the factory set. The new Jeep kicks weren't cheap, but not super expensive either considering I got the more rugged, all-terrain tires (just over $1,600 for a set of four). The guys in the shop area are hustlers. I don't think I was there even 20 minutes. I received them on 11/20/2023 as a walk-in at around 1PM. I have no complaints about their work or the actual tires. They did really great on my recent 2,100+ mile trip through New Mexico, Colorado and Texas which emcompassed mud, snow, and ice and tons of rain. The ladies at the front are very friendly, laid-back and funny. Recommend!
