Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them last week for a windshield crack I received from a nice flying rock. Fortunately for my wallet, my insurance company approved Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to fix said crack and I paid nothing out of pocket!!! They did another PHENOMENAL job! The process from making the appointment, putting in insurance claim, to getting crack fixed was smooth all the way through! Juan did an excellent job yet again! He even went a step further and spoke with my insurance company for me, to get it approved. I will be calling on Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to do all of my future windshield repairs without hesitation! They are mobile, which means they come to you!!! I LOVE having them come to me for the work to be completed! Their exceptional workmanship, over the top customer service and may I just add, the MINTS they leave behind! :) I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Mobile Lube LLC for all of your oil and windshield needs!!! These guys really screwed me. They used what seems like bathroom calk to replace a very expensive…read morewindow. They said I could sand and paint it after it dried. That was impossible so I called to complain. The manager claimed this was far superior to traditional glazing. But it looks very crappy and the realtor who is going to sell my house agreed. So I hired someone to get that stuff off so we could put on glazing around the window, but it was so difficult to remove the glass cracked. I sent these guys pictures of how awful it looked, and I got back silence. They didn't care that their work was crap.
