Vehicle required 2 minor parts that retail in a parts house would have been less than $80. And should only have taken less than 2 hours to install. They quoted over 4 hours with an estimated total of $997 before tax! When questioned about the outrageous estimate the owner came out of hiding and was a complete dbag. Condescending as hell and once he was pressed to guarantee his work his response was that he wasn't comfortable working on the vehicle. To which I responded I wasn't comfortable with his shop performing a $1000 hope and poke on my vehicle. The whole time the owner just chuckled when I asked if anyone had checked the ground on the fuel pump. He insisted that that's not how things are done. Paid $124 for a diagnostic that pulled the exact same codes I provided them when I showed up. Had the vehicle towed a second time to a garage about a mile away. Even though they were about to close they didn't hesitate to check the ground on the fuel pump and once they tightened it up the vehicle popped right off. No charge. I asked the new garage what it would cost to install the two parts master tech insisted I needed and was quoted $300 parts and tax included. I would rather set me vehicle on fire and buy a new one than to ever do business with master tech again. It was painfully obvious to me that attempting to taking advantage of travelers and out of towners seems to be an essential part of their business strategy. I wouldn't even trust them to check my oil let alone change it. Buyer beware!

I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list.

I went to get my vehicle serviced here and each time they found "another" issue but never fixed the…read moremain problem. I took my car in 5 times but the manger informed me they only had 2 in their system when I reached out about these reoccurring issues. Each time they stated they "fixed" the problem but my engine light came back on every 2 weeks on the dot for the same exact thing I caught on that that were just clearing my engine code. They even went as far to replaced my battery because they said it was triggering my engine light to come back on. I will never get my car serviced here again. I would also like to add the manager tried to make it right by asking for another chance ( number 5 mind you) he informed me they would pay for all repairs then when they did another diagnosis. I got a call it was going to coast me another $1000 that he agreed to pay for but backed out of his word. I told him that was ridiculous because they keep clearing my engine code he became very upset and he told me to get it serviced somewhere els because he would never say he would pay for the parts or that his staff would clear any engine codes just that he would pay for only the diagnosis. $2,500 dollars later and 5 times my car was in there shops care, I finally took it somewhere els that fixed it for $200.

Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them last week for a windshield crack I received from a nice flying rock. Fortunately for my wallet, my insurance company approved Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to fix said crack and I paid nothing out of pocket!!! They did another PHENOMENAL job! The process from making the appointment, putting in insurance claim, to getting crack fixed was smooth all the way through! Juan did an excellent job yet again!
