Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them last week for a windshield crack I received from a nice flying rock. Fortunately for my wallet, my insurance company approved Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to fix said crack and I paid nothing out of pocket!!! They did another PHENOMENAL job! The process from making the appointment, putting in insurance claim, to getting crack fixed was smooth all the way through! Juan did an excellent job yet again! He even went a step further and spoke with my insurance company for me, to get it approved. I will be calling on Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to do all of my future windshield repairs without hesitation! They are mobile, which means they come to you!!! I LOVE having them come to me for the work to be completed! The "tuner", Jose, conveyed to me that he was the only tech in the area who knew how to work on this particular model. The inspection report comes back with one major issue and everything else in great shape. When I receive the vehicle, the suspension is bouncy and rattling. Brakes are pulsating. Parking brake doesn't hold the car if pushed by hand. And it feels like there is drivetrain noise as well. Also "fluids checked out", but an entire reservoir is empty with a cap missing (seller later tells me, he's been driving it that way for months). The car has already been purchased and transport paid for. When I called about this inspection being faulty, I got an apology. But that was it.
