Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them last week for a windshield crack I received from a nice flying rock. Fortunately for my wallet, my insurance company approved Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to fix said crack and I paid nothing out of pocket!!! They did another PHENOMENAL job! The process from making the appointment, putting in insurance claim, to getting crack fixed was smooth all the way through! Juan did an excellent job yet again! He even went a step further and spoke with my insurance company for me, to get it approved. I will be calling on Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to do all of my future windshield repairs without hesitation! The only issue that I've had is they told me the service department was closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend so I would need to come back to have my car detailed. It's now March 1st and I still haven't been able to get my original detail done on my car. That really wouldn't be a big deal but when I took possession of the car, we discovered two large chips in the windshield before leaving the parking lot of the dealership and the dealership said they would contact me to come back when they had the parts in to replace my windshield. It's now been 3+ months and I am still driving around with a damaged windshield without my promised new windshield.
