I went there to get new tires, just to receive tires that were in horrible condition. When I asked for a refund and a new set, the service worker immediately disregarded my situation and became very aggressive. Jose I believe his name was, kept laughing at me during our conversation when I was expressing how rude he was being and then called me a beaner. Don't not spend your money here!! They are racist and disrespectful!!! I've never been to an establishment where unprofessionalism is the NORM?? read more

I needed new tires, so I was able to order them online and make an appointment. Took my car in and they promptly got me in. I got a call about 5 minutes after I dropped it off that the tires didn't all come in and they would be giving me better tires at no charge so I wouldn't have to bring my car back. My appointment was at 9:00 and they had it ready by 9:40. Great customer service!! Thank you. read more

Waited 10 years to get someone to even pay attention enough to help me. Got the assistant manager Jose, who then found every technicality he could think of not to service my vehicle, Finally tells me they can't service it due to custom wheels/tires being on the truck. Never been an issue the 8 years I've owned it at any other shop. Discount continues to be anything but a discount and run by chumps with no common sense. read more

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I dropped off my white 2023 Corvette at this location on Wednesday, October 8, because both my front right and rear right tires had nails in them. The nails were in the sidewalls, so the tires needed to be replaced. These are run-flat tires, not common sizes, but the staff assured me they were ordered and would arrive by Friday so the replacements could be installed Saturday. When I stopped by on Monday, October 13, to check on my car and pick it up, I was shocked to learn that no one had ever even created a work order for it. My car had been sitting outside in the parking lot for nearly five days untouched. The employee confirmed the tires had already been delivered and were sitting in the shop, ready to go -- but because someone failed to enter the order, nothing had been done. Even worse, no one from the store ever contacted me -- not once. The only reason I received a text at all was because I showed up in person to ask about my car. After realizing the mistake, an employee texted me later that day to create a ticket -- five days after drop-off and only after I came in and discovered the issue myself. That's not proactive communication; that's damage control. I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service and complete lack of accountability. I own a business myself, so I understand mistakes can happen, but this wasn't a simple error -- it was a total failure in communication and process. If I didn't have another vehicle, I would have been stranded for almost a week because no one followed up. Your customers rely on you for timely, professional service -- not to have their vehicles forgotten in the parking lot. Hopefully this was a one-off at this location, but my experience shows a serious breakdown in organization, communication, and customer care. read more

I went to help a homeless kid that was about to start a job in the oilfields but couldn't afford a tire replacement. I took the tire to the Midland location and after telling them the story Jonah, good dude, replaced it for free. I can't say enough about the service. I'm happy to continue being their customer. read more

Fixed tire easy but need to better manage work order & time. Need to get faster service for regular customers without appointment.

Scheduled an 11:30 am appointment for a rotation and balance. There is at least a twenty minute line to see a service person, so why isn't there a way to check in those who SCHEDULE service??? I really like DT, but there is a disconnect between online service scheduling and receiving that service. DT does a lot of business, this location is nearest my home. I'll never again visit the Loop 250 location due to crappy customer service (years ago, but...). I've been waiting thirteen minutes, and this is nearly as bad as a physicians office. Not nearly as bad as a CVS or Walgreens. read more

I went in for a replacement on a tire that had a hole back tire passenger side back on January 8th 2026 I was helped with a gentleman named Bryan who Helped me on the register to sign in and pay he was polite and did a kind gesture without me knowing I thought I was only paying for that one tire until another gentleman from the mechanic side came in and told me about the assessment they did on my car . He starts explaining to me detail for detail which I then kinda interrupted him talking and asked about what he was talking about and I told him I only came in for one tire he ends up showing me the receipt, which then shows me that I for four tires all brand new for the price of one and a free alignment . I was shocked and overwhelmed because of my financial situation in that moment I just wanted to say thank you Bryan and Nathan y'all's services were very kind helpful Yall deserve raises ! Sincerly Araceli :) thank yall once again for yalls services read more

I guess Discount Tire on Andrews Hwy in Midland TX doesn't need a $1,000+ purchase of new tires, as they waited on someone that came in after me. read more

Caleb did a great job today. He has integrity and does the right thing. I always go to Discount Tire and will continue. We live in Midland and the roads here have the worst nails, debris, etc which cause flat tires. My tires were new and the left rear tire had a key stuck in it. Caleb replaced the tire. Thank you Caleb. He is a perfect fit at Discount Tire. Awesome customer service and knowledgeable in his field. read more

Walked in for a tire leak and the front counter rep mason went to look at my truck and said he couldnt fix it they didnt even bother trying, completely wasted my time. read more

Walked in 10 minutes like email requested. Saw 6 people in front and was told that I gad an appointment, which I already was aware of. Like an appointment means something when I kept seeing other vehicles getting driven into the service stalls before mine. My car was driven I to the stall at 9:35 am, the time service was supposed to be finished. Then I was told it would be another 20 minutes. This is very bad customer service. I should have been given the opportunity to either stay and wait over an hour or reschedule. read more

Bought My Tires for my Raptor there! Months later got free Balancing and Rotation, but noticed vibration worse, Could not get back right away, when I did and explained the problem, they re did my balancing for free! My husband and I have spent quite a bit of money at this location but NEVER again. The management here bullies the employees they apparently don't like by calling them retarted, asking is they are F@&$ing stupid, do you have a speech impediment....the list goes on. We have 3 vehicles and all 3 have tires purchased from this location and 1 has new wheels. Last time my husband was there they scratched his wheels and a couple of weeks later the lug nut fell off. The new wheels on one of our cars, the center cap fell off (who knows where) and they are less than a year old. I'm completely disgusted with who they have running this place. My husband said it's a shame because they are the only ones who carry the tire he likes. Guess he'll have to find a new fave ‍ WE WON'T BE GOING BACK read more

I have had numerous tire repairs and would normally say the Discount does a remarkable job but on my last service they scratched my black wheels horribly during a repair of a screw in my tire. I drive a vehicle with expensive upgraded wheels, so if you don't mind your property being damaged then take your vehicle here. read more

Brought my car in to get new tires and one of the lugs was stripped, they told me they couldn't fix it and wouldn't touch the tire. What kind of crappy tire store won't fix the tire. Terrible customer service read more

Very speedy and good service. I dropped off my car in need of 4 tires and it was ready in an hour. My only complaint is the absolute insane pricing - I don't know if I blame Discount Tire or location because of being in Midland. But 4 tires for an SUV should NEVER come up to $1000. Other than price, the staff was very friendly and ready to help and I would recommend this tire shop, however do try to price check other stores first! I tried SAMS first and the tire shops were closed due to the coronavirus. read more

My daughter borrowed my car. She lives 4 hours from me. While she had my car, she hit something that destroyed both right side tires. Discount Tire solved every problem we had and made it easy to do. Daniel, with help from Anthony, was so professional and efficient. I can't rave enough about what a positive experience I was to solve such a problem. read more

Discount tire was on point on all things. Tires were ordered, came in on time. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy online and Matt called to notify me that I could bring the vehicle in earlier if needed. He also helped with installing new tires for a riding lawn mower that was above and beyond my expectations. This was a great experience!! read more

They are very slow. They want you to scan in with your cell phone. Sorry not everyone has that capability. Discount tire in Midland is always so damn slow. I usually take my business to other towns because you can get things done there quicker. Discount needs to do something about the 3 stores they have here. It should not take 3 hours to rotate tires. read more
