The dining area is pretty big and they do have plenty of seating. The food is always consistent and so is the customer service. The ladies usually working have always been friendly and fast with getting out the orders. I have had both burgers and chicken sandwiches and they have both tasted fresh. Even the fries have been good. Do avoid the lunch hour though if your in a rush because it does get really busy both inside and in the drive thru. Definitely a great location!

I had to ask to clarify that I was parking in the right spot and not risk getting my vehicle towed. It appears there is a greater emphasis on takeout than dining in. There are several spots for pick up orders, as well as a separate lane at the drive thru for it. The dining room seems to be an afterthought. Service at Blake's Lotaburger was very friendly and fast. I ordered a burger with a side of Frito Pie and a drink. They serve Pepsi products here. The food came out hot and fresh. The burger was wonderful. The Frito Pie was presented nicely. The dining area was clean. Overall I enjoyed my dinner at Blake's Lotaburger and I'll consider coming back the next time I'm in Hobbs.

Blake's, established in 1952, is famous for incorporating green chile into their offerings. There are several scattered throughout the Land of Enchantment as well as a few in Tucson, AZ, and El Paso, TX. I personally recommend the Lota breakfast sandwich with sausage ($6.71). It entails two eggs omelette-style with cheese and your choice of sausage or bacon topped with green chile, served on a soft, smooth buttery bun. Good filler for all-day-on-your-feet days! For lunch, I would opt for the green chile cheeseburger, no mustard and add mayo. It pairs nicely with onion rings. I'm not a fan of their natural fries, although, I still need to try their seasoned fries. Looking forward to trying a seasonal Biscochito Cookie shake some day too. Now that it is the year 2024, there are two more - one on the Lovington Highway near Walmart and the newest brick and mortar on the south side of town at Marland Boulevard and Dal Paso St. Seems like a clean location from the drive-thru. My friends with little ones still enjoy the indoor playground. Just really slow customer service plus they still managed to get my kids' orders wrong on May 30, 2024.
