The employees are nice, understanding and do take accountability if they make any errors and are quick to fix them. I love the diversity of this place, if English is not your first language, they have employees that are bilingual and can help you. It's safe to say that you will be heard in this store. I've only been in here a couple times while traveling with my husband but within those times the place just continues to grow on me. Yesterday was adorable to say the least as I saw one of the employees get so excited when a customer asked her about the rewards program, her enthusiasm made me want to sign up. Keep doing a great job!

This Swift is also home to: * Phillips 66 gas station * The Original Fried Pie Shop * Anne's Kitchen * Hunt Brothers Pizza The register sits in the middle of the store. The clerk was friendly & funny. Service was a bit slow due to their card machine acting funky - or as the clerk joked - special. I came for fuel. Prices per gallon as of 3.20.2025: Diesel = $3.35 Regular unleaded = $2.90 Plus = $3.30 Premium = $3.70 Big rigs are welcome. Pumps are to the side and around back. And because I was super curious about the shop side, I walked out with Brownsboro blueberry green tea by Texas Tea ($2.69) and a small pack of Sahale's pomegranate vanilla flavored cashews ($2.59). I'm a fan of this Texas/New Mexico outfit!

The place was so crowded at around noon (March 9, 2026)! Lol. I could have figured. Two things I would change... - one of the entry points driving in could be improved by some line repainting as some drivers do not have common sense - not a single employee said hi to me today, yet, I walked by plenty of them! Otherwise, this brand new, clean grocery store is a great addition to this small, growing community. It is way nicer and seemingly larger than the one in Hobbs (to the south). There are many deals if you look for them - but you need to enroll for the rewards program using your phone number so that the discounts are taken off when you check out. Self-checkout was available. That's how I managed to not be greeted by an employee.

It was a Saturday, so the shop was closed, but it caught my attention so I google it later when I had a chance. I read the menu, purchase options, and decided to give it a try. Ordering online for the first time can be a little challenging if you have special requests or modifications to the meal, so I went to the shop and spoke to them in person. Very friendly and helpful. I've only had my first week worth of meals and so far everything is good to very good. I haven't had anything that I felt I had to force myself to eat. I actually look forward to my next prepped meal every day. I did call and make minor changes to my plan to get more of the "very good" meals. My request was accepted so I'm really looking forward to next week. Prices are not bad at all. When you consider that you don't have to go shopping, no cooking, no cleaning, no wasted food...just heat and eat. The price of a prepped meal is about the same as a fast food meal, but so much healthier. I'm hoping this business continues to strive so that I can continue to eat healthy for a long time. I work 12 hours a night, 5-6 nights a week, year round. I don't have time to do all the dirty work. Life just got a little easier. Thanks to Food Matters! Thatjeepguy97

THE GRUB Since my daughter had been sick, I decided to pop in for some quick meals as she has had me slaving away being a nurse which frankly I never had any desire to be. We tried three different lunches. On each individually-packed breakfast, lunch & or dinner are the nutritional benefits and ingredients. + buffalo chicken salad ($12.99) + pesto chicken pasta with sliced asparagus ($13.99)... there was an abundance of flavor! + shrimp tacos ($13.99) LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB No small kid's meals! However, this place is mainly catered to the adult palate... SERVICE I was helped by a mostly affable young lady on 2/1/2024. I would have liked more of a welcoming & explaining of what the place was about to be honest. Also, it was a bit awkward to be watched as I was putting my wallet away in my purse and proceeded out the door. Lol. MY FAVORITE PART... The buffalo chicken salad! NOT SO FAVORITE PART... The price! Just over $44 for 3 lunches. TIP Open Monday through Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM.

Stopped by to buy groceries today (10.24.2024)…read more Employees were friendly. Helps if you speak Spanish, but they always have English speakers to assist too. I'm perturbed for several reasons: 1) they rang up a bag of apples to be $4.79 when it was supposed to be $1.99. After quite a wait, that was price checked and changed for me. Cool. 2) got home & noticed the cilantro & the 3 limes ($1) I bought & paid for didn't make it into our bags. I need it for dinner tonight. The staff bagged our groceries for us. So frustrating because it was $1.99 for a relatively small bundle, but I wanted to support La Tienda. 3) flies everywhere! 4) dusty goods! The can of beans I bought was covered in dust as was the others. Could these last two reasons be because the two front doors were propped open? Will be a while before I come back even though I'm in this vicinity at least once per week. My 11-year-old daughter loved this store and how organized it was. She ain't paying the bills, though. Because of its vicinity, every newbie kid driver with a car paid for by mommy or daddy is blaring their speakers with subpar music while their naive loser passenger friends trash the place out and yell unnecessarily at irrelevant s***. Oi, am I getting old... Lol. Seems like people get in and out quickly, though. I just can't stand the usual clientele here... Full of drama and lacking in authenticity and rectitude.
