The one-seater restroom is typical for this size of convenience store, but the unusual part was that there was a sign that asked us not to flush the toilet paper (but to place the used paper in the trash can), as if I was in a third-world country or something. Well, I flushed the paper anyway & it was just fine! This is Texas, not a third-world country, people. Either fix your plumbing, or stock up on more biodegradable toilet paper.

The cashier was stocking items when I walked in yet didn't say hi or smile at me. He was rather methodical checking me out with three large Seven Select PURE waters ($2.49 each or 2 for $3.50). I would have picked up some burritos to go, but the food already looked hours old plus whoever was working back there never came to see me at that counter. The restrooms are cleanish and the staff is friendlier across the intersection. Go there instead!

I went inside to use the restroom and I cannot speak to the men's room because there were big yellow cones around it and signs saying it was shut down , but the lady's room was absolutely disgusting. Open garbages with used feminine hygiene products visible, incredibly dirty, toilet paper all over the floor, etc. I will say that when I walked out, the lady behind the counter was nice and seemed genuinely friendly, if not overwhelmed. Still, if you have the gas to make it to the next station, I suggest you keep on pushing.

He smarted off and said, they are all being used. 5 min later, slowing moving employee came out and started cleaning the showers from previous users. After he cleaned 3, he hit some buttons and my number was called. The showers were not being used. They were just not worried about cleaning them and keeping the line moving. Poor customer service
