First off, why are you wearing shades when it is dark outside and driving around with them on around the parking lot? Second, he guided me into the bay from the back of my tractor lol smh.. then he continued to wear shades in the bay while attempting to change the tires. Not only did he put the new tires separate from each other but he put my chrome rim on the inside which made him have to take the tires back off the rim and start over.. During this whole process he kept stopping to talk and text on his phone.. So with him holding me up for unnecessary reasons i missed out on delivering my load. If not for Gary, the manager from Newberry that was helping them out I might still be there.. So to Gary, thank you so much for your help and professionalism because apparently the tech and the manager inside the truck stop were no help at all to you or the business. Three drivers came and left because of the techs. And the restroom at the shop was horrible. Very aweful experience..

I went into the store this morning to return the paper and the clerk refused. He questioned my story and asked me describe the person who sold me the paper. I did not remember what he looked like, only that I did not get a receipt and that the paper was under a crumpled up section. The clerk then walked over to the rack and there were 3 current papers. Obviously the rack had been refilled. I told the clerk that was great and would swap out for a current paper. He refused and told me my story was impossible, basically calling me a liar. Over a $3 paper!! I live in the neighborhood and have purchased gas etc at this store for over 30 years - never again!!

When I'm at a gas station, all I look for is a seamless and convenient experience. However, my experiences here can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes, certain cards don't work or some pumps accept certain cards and other's don't. It might also depend on the time you get gas too. All I know is that I never know if the pump will work with my card or not, so whenever you go, just expect that you have to go inside to pay for your gas. That's really the only reason why I knocked a star due to inconsistency, but for the number of options to get something to eat or drink, I think it's not a bad gas station if you're hungry.
