This was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever received in a retail establishment. On 8/19/2025, at approximately 12:40 pm in the afternoon, my husband and I entered the store to make a quick purchase for lunch and coffee. The coffee I poured from the carafe was lukewarm, and after adding creamer, it was completely unsatisfactory. When I inquired about a microwave to warm it, the clerk informed me that the store did not have one. I mentioned that the coffee was barely hot, not as a complaint, but to make her aware of the issue. Since the coffee was not drinkable, I instead chose a Red Bull. At checkout, we attempted to purchase two Red Bulls clearly marked as "2 for $5.00." The cashier rang them up at full price. When my husband pointed out the signage, the cashier rudely dismissed me, stating the drinks were not on sale and remarking, "I didn't put the signs up." She then rudely gave me an ultimatum: "Do you want to buy it or not?" I calmly pointed out that the coffee was not hot and that the store was not honoring the posted prices. At that moment, the second cashier became hostile, threw her arms up, and loudly repeated, "I told you there's no microwave!" before storming off into a back room. The cashier at the register then refused to provide her supervisor's contact information upon my request and shouted at us to leave the store! We left without completing our purchase. Both employees demonstrated hostility, agitation, and a complete disregard for professional customer service. Their behavior was dismissive, unhelpful, and entirely unprofessional. They behaved as if they simply did not want to be there. After later reviewing online comments, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar issues at this same store location, which suggests a pattern of poor service that has not been corrected. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, provided with the products and pricing advertised, and served by employees who are trained to assist rather than antagonize. My experience failed to meet even the most basic expectations of customer care, and I strongly urge you to take corrective action regarding the staff at Store #677. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements at this store location.

Came through this location on March 22, 2026 early morning (9am or so) for gas & coffee as we…read moretraveled through SC. Two women were working at the time. One being an African American woman who was loading straws into their container while I was getting coffee. I didn't see any stir sticks out, so I kindly asked her "Can I just grab a straw real quick?". She took a deep breath in, rolled her eyes and turned her head to opposite side of where I was standing, didn't say a word and wouldn't even look at me. I thought "uh, ok?" and just grabbed a straw to stir my coffee. I then proceeded to check out area, where I stood for several mins as she continued doing what she was doing. She finally came up to check me out. I had two coffees, she scanned and then mumbled something under her breath. I didn't hear what she said and I thought maybe she asked for my phone number for points, so I asked "my phone number, is that what you asked?". She VERY RUDELY again rolled her eyes, cocked her neck from side to side and said "No I didn't" as she continued to roll her eyes. Yet she didn't repeat what she said. I just put my card in to pay and got out of there. She was EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I highly recommend this place put her through more customer service training because she so badly needs it! They'll know exactly who it was if they pull record of early morning 3/22/26. I didn't get her name because I grabbed my coffee's and got out of there. There is ZERO excuse for her behavior. Will NOT be returning to this gas station for anything else!
