It is without a doubt my go-to gas station in Baltimore City. Its gas is consistently a few cents cheaper than the other two gas stations also located at the intersection of Falls Road and Cold Spring Lane. And overall, it's 10-30 cents cheaper per gallon versus other gas stations in the city. Most importantly, prices are the same for both cash and credit, unlike the other two gas stations also at the same intersection. The gas station has 6 pumps, which are very modern and are equipped with contactless credit card readers along with chip readers. Pumps are decently fast at pumping out gas. Diesel fuel is available. The pumps are spread decently apart so pulling one's vehicle in and out is not too bad, especially considering it's Baltimore City and not the County. The people working at the station are very friendly. Seems like a family business. Note: this gas station is not 24/7. It is open from 6am until midnight everyday.

I don't often write reviews of…read moregas stations but since this is a rare find along the I-83 corridor, you might find yourself needing to stop here someday. Know that's it's adequate but pricy. There are few, if any, convenient on/off gas stations along I-83 between the beltway and downtown. Although this gas station fills the bill (one traffic light off of northern pkwy east, exit 10a), it is still far from "convenient" since getting back out of it to go towards the freeway is nauseating at best and impossible at certain times without driving a couple miles out of your way to u-turn. The pricing is above average for the area (usually 20 cents or so), likely reflecting the fact that there are few choices along this route. So if you are desperate for gas you'll be fine here (they even have a little convenience store) but if you can wait until you either get into the city or past the beltway then you'll save yourself a few bucks.

I ordered two of the spicy chicken strips for a fee of $4.99 (inc.Tax) and when I bit off my first bite the chicken had nice spice and breading, but it was extremely dry and the pieces were very small for the price. When the employee working the register (who was standing in the middle of the store talking to his coworker) saw me go up to the sign and take a picture he hurriedly started giving an explanation that the "credit card processor had been down since he came into work and he heard a bunch of places were having the same problem." So I proceeded to go to the Royal Farms half a mile away on Roland Avenue....who had no issue taking cards and was also serving food. Speaking of which, the whole reason I went into Royal Farms to begin with is because the new Crunchy Chicken Croissant is fire and I was craving one. Luckily I was able to get one at the second location and they also had the DIY milkshake machine there too, which the other location didn't have. Needless to say they need to fire the employees working late night at this location. I will be going to the Roland Ave Royal Farms from now on....unless I need gas. It's worth mentioning that this isn't the first time I've seen a handwritten sign that says "cash only" at this location when there is only one or two employees working. This place was scary (and I grew up in South Central LA). Super crowded with ghetto stuff going on everywhere, as I was approaching the pump, a car pulled in doing about 50, did not stop, missed my car by a few feet and took my spot, a car next to me just parked at the pump, not getting gas, chatting with a crack head, people just hanging out getting high!! Had no choice because I was almost out of gas. Just happy I was able to get my gas and be on my way.

The gas station area was well maintained. They also squeegees, window washing solution and paper towels at every pump. I rarely if ever see them at gas stations anymore. The inside of the store was well organized and clean. I also liked the customer service. The manager was friendly and provided good customer service. When I am in the area, I will stop here for gas. From my experience, the Sheetz brand has been pretty clean, so it's great to see one in this location.
