As a regular customer I have always found this to be the best Sheetz I've been to. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. Was easy to pull in and out of. Shares a parking lot with a church- I was able to walk the dog. There were plenty to trash cans outside but they were all overflowing. I used to restroom 5 stalls not very clean - garbage overflowing lots of stuff on floor- there was nowhere to hang my purse. The man at register was very friendly The hot coffee was good warm and good flavor (didn't like drinking out of styrofoam. I made a salad- charge extra for just about everything, it didn't fill me. My husband ordered a meatball sub he said it was good but one half they didn't melt the cheese. read more

I have become a regular at the sheets and they are by far the best sheets I've ever been to. The manager there I believe her name is Cindy is amazing. She has gone out of her lengths and gone above and beyond. Among many things, her and Joe, the other Manager work hard and definitely earn their paychecks. They should probably be paid more. Got gas, went in for a pit stop both restroom & water. The place was fairly clean & very busy. They had everything you could want or need for snacks, drinks, and necessities & an indoor & outdoor area for eating. They had several fuel pumps to service a decent amount of cars. Interesting that hardly anyone was in a mask; not sure if that's just because of the town we were in?! but they had masks available for patrons so that's a plus. read more

Excellent location just off the highway and close to lots of fast food, grocery and drug stores if needed. It's your typical sheetz convenience store. The food is all just quick heat food which is tasty late on a Friday night after work (plus it's 5 minutes from our camper). They have a beer cave, but there is not really any local craft beers from the immediate area. It's easily accessible from 15 and gas prices are average for the area. I just spent the day visiting the Gettysburg Museum and Visitor's Center. On my way back to Baltimore, I happened upon this Sheetz brand gas station and convenience store. It had been a hot day and I craved a cold soft drink for the trip. Traveling with family members, it was quickly decided to stop in and pay a visit. Once inside, we also discovered that we might be a bit hungry, especially considering the drive ahead. Sheetz has a great to-go menu, so I ordered a couple hot dogs & fries and I remember a ham & cheese wrap with cream cheese was also ordered. Their convenience store provided chips and such to fill out the meal for all of us. There was a few minutes of wait for my order, but it was worth the wait. Like others, we were able to sit at a table inside, with a view of the fuel pumps. Nothing classy, but it sure was convenient. Soon after eating, we were on our way, with cold drinks in hand. No lie, I was under the impression this was a fast food joint that happened to be next to a gas station. Turns out Sheetz is a convenience store chain that is headquartered in PA and has locations all throughout WV, MD, OH, NC, and VA. Since I was already in PA and needed gas and a break, I would give this place a shot. Right off the bat, I appreciate how clean the place is. It's not nearly as dank as other convenience stores but bright and clearly corporate branded all throughout. The bathrooms are most importantly clean and spacious and the prices don't seem to be all that crazy either. Plus, like any good gas station convenience store, they're open 24/7. Since I thought it was fast food, I also figured I'd not do this place justice without at least trying something they offered. They have a whole touch screen menu with everything from various drinks to all sorts of food on the go. The latter mainly consists of finger foods like chicken wingz, fryz, sandwichez, tacoz, hot dogz, wrapz, and saladz. The spelling is no mistake as everything ends in a Z here. It's like the internetz IRL. I went with some easy stuff: a coffee, fryz, a chicken burrito, a mac and cheese cup, and hot dog. Honestly, it was all terrible. It might've been relatively okay if I had the munchies or was desperate for food, but this was no better than US-based 7-11 type stuff. While I wouldn't shy away from the idea of ordering at another location (and it can done online!), I would have deduct a hard star for the whack-waste-of-money-food. I'm just glad I didn't have the sheetz afterward. That said, I can get behind the chain and even this location overall. They have outdoor seating and plenty of parking and relatively good customer service. I look forward to driving in PA again and when in doubt, this could be an ideal rest stop on a long haul. read more

This Gettysburg Sheetz is tge first Sheetz I ever visited, and I've been a Sheetz Freak ever since! (So glad we FINALLY got one close to my house!) I'm in Gettysburg several times a year with my reenactment unit, and a comrade in arms brought me here for lunch. He knew I'm a chili dog fiend and assured me I'd just love Sheetz's dogs. Sheetz is really more of a fast-food restaurant than a convenience store or gas station, although you can certainly shop for snacks here and gas your car. Their grill has fresh, hot, tasty hotdogs, burgers, chicken and an unbelievable selection of delicious appetizers. You can even order ahead using Sheetz's idiot-proof and user-friendly menu. Sheetz's coffees are way superior to Starbuck's in my tastebuds' opinion, and certainly much better value for the money! The snack and candy aisle are better stocked than conventional convenience store chains, and the fountain drinks are frosty and refreshing, especially if you spent the day hiking the battlefield or fighting the Yanks or Rebs at the summer event. Customer service is excellent and lines move fast. Highly recommend for a snack run, a meal, a gas-up or all three. read more

Absolute trash kitchen staff. Waited 40 minutes only to have another guy walk back in and tell them he had someone else's sliders in his bag.... Guess whose they were? You got it. I'm glad this dirt cheap gas station exists, because they had decent prices and I was able to fill up my tank when I needed to. I do not like running out of gas - at all. And it's happened to me too many times. Sheetz is always one of my favorite places to stop. My first ever time at Sheetz! First ever time hearing about Sheetz! This gas station eatery was amazing and had a wa-wa feel to it, but the food was definitely better than wa-wa. I opted for the chicken tenders that seemed like a safer choice as I didn't know what to expect from the gas station food. The chicken tenders were arguably the best I have ever had in my life. They were juicy, crispy, well seasoned breading, and didn't even need sauce to be good. Cannot recommend enough! Gas station food is definitely the way to go in Western Pennsylvania. read more

After the long drive to Gettysburg when I was just about to my hotel I was happy to see the red canopy that is associated with Sheetz. I knew that I was going to be OK because if I forgot anything on the small side I would be able to stop here and pick it up...alright we all know that is false, I was just happy to know that I could get my MTO fix within walking distance from my hotel, and that I did. On the larger side and I could tell that it needed to be for as much traffic it receives. Sitting right off the highway and within the busy battlefield corridor this place gets hit with customers on the regular. Tour buses, trucks, cars full of people all pulling up to run in and grab a bite to eat. Best advice, if you are only coming here just for food, park in the back area there is less congestion. But do be careful as the parking lot is adjoined with the church nearby. Typical setup for the newer Sheetz you see, indoor and outdoor seating available. Outdoor seating in both the front and back of the store. No drive thru. Gas prices are the norm for the area. read more

The made to order is good BUT if you order I highly encourage checking your order before leaving the store. The store tends to be very busy on Sunday's when there lots of travelers on the road. I have never been disappointed by a Sheetz before, but this one wasn't the best. First, they got my order wrong. My wife and I each ordered a different sandwich, but for mine, they basically made a copy of my wife's sandwich with the meat I ordered, so I didn't get the toppings I wanted. Second, I bought an apple, and from the first bite, I saw that it was all rotten and gross, which I couldn't tell until I bought it and tried to eat it. On the plus side, they gave me a good orange to replace the bad apple (customer service to the rescue!), and my sandwich was still good, even though it wasn't what I ordered. read more

Sheetz is more of a restaurant than a gas station but they do have plenty of gas pumps and the price of gas at sheetz is inexpensive. Sheetz has some large drink coolers and hundreds of drinks to choose from. For my stop I ordered a made to order grilled chicken 12 inch sub with American cheese. The sub was a little above average but I consider that good since it only take a couple of minutes to make. A friendly stop with smiling and helpful employee's. Their made to order (MTO) menu is very good and reasonably priced. However, their gas prices are usually a little higher then their competitors, even with the three cent discount if you have their Sheetz card. They do not stock a lot of food staples other then candy chips and other sugary snacks. Their coffee is ok, but on many visits I have found that they have allowed their coffee dispensers empty. Funny how their beer coolers are always full but not the coffee pots! The stores are usually clean as well as their restrooms. They are much nicer then the 7-11's although the 7-11's do stock more food staples such as bread, milk, eggs, etc. The coffee situation is almost laughable. You go on and the dispensers of the most popular coffee are empty. You settle for the dark French blend only to find out that their sweeteners and cream dispensers are empty! When you finally make your way to the cashier you find the line is half way through the store because of only 1 cashier. I live close to this Sheetz and this happens on a regular basis. However The employees are friendly and will take action to fill containers and dispensers if you don't mind waiting. If you are in a hurry be prepared to wait. read more

Every other sheetz I've been too everyone was super friendly. This one is by far the complete opposite! First of all the cashier accused me of lying because I asked her what to do when the credit card machine asked for my pin. I told her I pressed credit and she says in the most rude voice " well clearly you pressed debit not credit if it asking for your pin, now your going to have to do it all over again". Wow ok so apparently I don't know what I pushed. Ok. Second my fiancé went to the food area and asked if they could warm up our 8 month old sons bottle so we could all sit down and have lunch together. After radioing someone they said no because it's not something we bought here. Mind you we just spent almost $30 at the food counter getting food for myself and my fiancé and bought drinks to go along with it. So in total almost $50 we spent at just this visit and they can't warm up my sons bottle! Like I said in the beginning. Most sheetz I've been to the staff is wonderful, this one needs an entire staff reset. Not friendly and very rude to a family passing by. Will never come here again! read more

These people are so kind. I forgot my wallet in the bathroom on my way home. When I called they told me they had it. I told them I live four and a half hours away, so they told me they would mail it. That is so kind of them. While I was at the Sheetz, there was good service, and I was able to add air to my tires, and get gas. Sheetz had everything I needed. Thank you Sheetz! read more

I ordered a blueberry pomegranate smoothie with sour lemon. They gave me a sour lemonade with blueberry pomegranate syrup at the bottom of it. I told them I ordered a smoothie and not a sour lemonade. They told me that's how it's made and it was not a sour lemonade. I've had this smoothie before and a sour lemonade before so I knew they were wrong. Maybe they should call another Sheetz and ask them how to make one I guess. I also didn't appreciate the attitudes of the workers. I got my money back even though they didn't want to give it back. I recommend to go to another Sheetz if you want good service and your food made right. I will definitely not be visiting this Sheetz anytime soon. read more
