Sheetz is Sheetz ! Had to try the new hot dog called the Big Glizzy ! As shown by Pirates Pitcher, Paul Skenes .... It's almost a foot long dog and it's the famous Nathan Hot Dog ! I opted for mustard, onion and sauerkraut and it was a nice dog with the exception of a slightly soggy bun and that's probably from not adequately draining the kraut. They also offer 2 other versions which is on my hit list for next time. Glad to see Sheetz get a nice sized dog read more

One thing I'll give Sheetz is their consistency between stores - this location had what one would expect - clean bathrooms, decent selection of items available on the shelves, good MTOs and cheap gas. Location is busy, but seems to run pretty efficiently - had no issues & was in/out quickly. No worries here! read more

One place I always have to stop when I see one. Once I was settled in for the day, made my one run, I made my way here to grab some snacks and drink for my room. This is right off the highway and near enough to my hotel that I made multiple runs here. The lot, even though rather large, could be overrun with people at a consistent rate. Busy on the inside just like the outside. But the store itself is easy to navigate. I needed some sweet tea and had to go to the cooler since they switched over to the dispenser of what I can already buy in the cooler. No matter the time of day that I visited, they were at least consistent. read more

I was struggling on a recent trip. Thank goodness this Sheetz is here. Route 15 can be boring. Sometimes a road trip warrior, needs access to a cup of coffee, and a clean restroom. Would it have been nice to see the battlefield? Sure but it was of expedience to get back home. Also I was getting close to empty with the tank. Thank you for lots of pumps. Competitive pricing helps too. This is a clean store. I was shocked by some of the price increases. Yes inflation is real, but this is starting to get ridiculous. All of the employees were polite and friendly. This is a good place to fuel up, get some grub, and perhaps your bearings before heading further out. read more

A convenient gas station on route 15 right before you hit Maryland. So many stations to fill both gas and diesel. Easy access is the main attraction. You can always pick up some food from inside. Nice pit-stop in between a 3 hour drive! read more

Big and busy spot -- plenty of food and drink options, including a giant beer fridge and the MTO ordering area. Staff isn't super friendly, but they're fast. They've posted signs that they're low on change and prefer exact change or cards, if possible. Bonus for this location is it's drive-thru window. Highly recommend taking advantage of that I'd you want to avoid the line inside. read more

Everything is so clean and the workers are so nice. The only reason I can't give a perfect review is because the music is so loud outside at the pumps that you can't hear yourself think. I enjoy music but it doesn't have to be so loud. I have heard from multiple people that they don't like it either. read more

Fairly clean Sheetz located in Gettysburg near the college. Friendly and helpful service except they mixed up my and my friend's orders so they gave me hers and then told me to give it to her after 3 minutes. I enjoyed my chicken quesadilla made to order, but it was extremely messy. I recommend taking a fork and knife to eat it. The onion rings bag I got was also SPARSE. Disappointing. They had a lot of different options in terms of made to order foods like sandwiches and burgers, and shakes and coffee, as well as their more grocery store type items. Interesting service, but typical Sheetz otherwise. read more

Stopped in quickly for gas and food. It was nice to see that they accepted the app. Be sure to scan it when you get gas for 3 cents off per gallon. Inside of the store was really clean, bathrooms very clean as well. The only negative I have is that we ordered 2 sandwiches for 5$ and they messed the sandwiches up: they switched the toppings and forgot mayo on one and put them on two different buns. Do not order a sandwich without mayo or a dressing it's SO DRY. Could barely eat it because they forgot the mayo. Iced caramel latte was awesome 5/5 for that drink. read more

First time here. Wanted food. No food was prepared and there was a line a mile long waiting to order. We went elsewhere. If you want to prepare food fresh you have to get people through. You can't make us stand and wait or we just won't do it. I don't get why there wasn't roller grillers or something ready to go. Grab and go. FAST food. Not sure we would return even if we were in the area. read more

We're from NY that does not have Sheetz....YET ! They need to come closer to me ! Great "push button" ordering system for food that was much better than the fast food chains because it was made to order almost as fast and at the same, if not lower prices. I like Sheetz. But it is no Wawa. My favorite thing at Sheetz is the Galliker's Lime Iced Tea. I stock up on it whenever i go to a Sheetz. Also, the gas is usually cheaper there than surrounding stations. There are no Sheetz near Philly, so it is one of the things we look forward to any time we head out to Gettysburg. read more

Sheetz has ruined their subs! They used to be great, now they are made open face. You can't close the sandwich and eat it like you are supposed to eat a sub! Try to eat one in your car and you will have most of it in your lap. Good thing there is a subway right next door! read more

The parking lot at this 7-Eleven was fairly small, but I parked in downtown Gettysburg, so parking was not a problem for me. The options at this 7-Eleven were fairly limited compared to some options you might see at the local Sheetz. For example, there was no sparking water and the closest option was club soda. I also got a bottle of water. Similarly, there were not a ton of snack options. There were some nuts, crackers and candy, but nothing too unique or interesting. The options were limited. Obviously, unlike Sheetz there are no custom made options. I just picked up a pop-tart because that was a tasty option that they had here and I haven't had one in a couple of years. Altogether, this 7-Eleven is pretty basic in their options, but it's convenient if you're visiting Gettysburg National Military Park and one to get a quick drink or snack.

So, after you go to the bathroom with no toilet paper, you pick up that plastic key holder, bring it back, request a sink inside the store, where there was NO towels or even napkins in their dispenser. [I wound up drying my hands using one of their disposable coffee filters...] Another less problematic but irritating inconvenience is that they took off the devices on the pump that allow you to do other things while it's going (wash windows etc.); without that you of course have to stand there the whole time. There is not doubt about it; they are NOT customer friendly.

I was a little disappointed that the brisket that was "folded" within my MAC and cheese was playing Hide-and-seek. I would prefer more protein in that dish based on the quantity of pasta. The salad was well-dressed. At most restaurants I have to add caesar dressing to the salads. I washed it down with a sweet tea while my Uncle tried the White Birch beer. My aunt thought the baby back ribs were dry, and had a bit too much sauce on it. It would have been nice to have less sauce on the ribs, with additional sauce on the side. My uncle did not think the soft shell crab tacos were all that (although novel), which is probably why he ordered. It had more batter on it, and one can barely taste the crab. He said he would not order it again. As residents they will not go back to this restaurant anytime soon, and can't really recommend it unless someone just wants to try give it a try. I'll have to try the root beer on my next visit. Our waiter was very attentive and the volume in the restaurant was reasonable enough to have table conversations. They both went there later in our trip and really enjoyed the menu and the experience. Crepes are a unique not easy to find treat! My family also enjoyed the food and experience here too! The cheery folks behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. We ordered two crepes. One was the their everything bagel crepe which was scrambled eggs, cream cheese, in a crepe made with everything seasoning. My friend ordered the vegan veggie delight crepe with mushrooms, onions, baby spinach, vegan cheese, hummus, and topped with roasted red peppers. Meal was less than fast food, fresh, light, and so tasty! They have a wide menu of coffee and iced coffee selections for the coffee fans. I got their cold brew and it was PERFECTION!

Both times, the food has been spectacular...enough so that I remember the taste of both entrees pictured! First visit I sampled the Brisket Benedict which was fantabulous - 2nd visit was their Montecristo ....which was just as good. Snappy service - lively, but not too loud, great-looking distillery décor ...and plenty of merch for you to walk over and inspect. This venue has been added to my rotation and I expect to make trip #3 soon. Highly recommended!
