Using a premade sandwich operating model seems to indicate that there is no option to customize the sandwich. I grabbed an Italian deli sandwich and took it back to the hotel to eat. Very fresh rye bread and a delicious filling. I really enjoyed it. The soup was really good too. I like the spice and it was piping hot. Loved it. I gave them 4 stars because 3 and a half is not an option. Although the sandwich was delicious, I felt they took a little long to make it. They need to look at their process and somehow make it quicker while maintaining the quality. In a location like this, where they primarily cater to a lunch crowd, the process should be fast.
