You choose what you want and pay at the counter. I am unsure if you have the choice to get your sandwich freshly made or not. Using a premade sandwich operating model seems to indicate that there is no option to customize the sandwich. I grabbed an Italian deli sandwich and took it back to the hotel to eat. I would have liked the option to have the sandwich toasted, as it seemed like a sandwich that was put in the fridge. The bread hardens a little. I did love the basil mayo in the sandwich, which had a very unique and fresh flavor. Overall, I thought the sandwich was decent, but I wonder if it would have tasted better if it was freshly made rather than premade.

My 6 year old loved the mild and the hot was just the right amount of spice. Also a small selection of sandwich meat, bulk kosher dill pickles, olives, and a variety of cured sausages. We grabbed some garlic sausage that was a very delicious addition to our perogie dinner.
