Daniel gave me a brand new custom exhaust here and it is awesome! I was quoted 900 but it came out to 1200, which is no big deal at all since the quality of work was phenomenal and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work is unbelievable and I could tell he paid extremely close attention to even the smallest details! However... 2 weeks or so later the vibrations from the engine caused the nuts to come loose from the connector on the shorty pipes. No big deal at all, but when I went to get it fixed the owner charged me to have them fix the mistake which I found completely unacceptable. This was my third time using them for my exhaust shop but I was not pleased with having to pay more after the fact. Excluding that minor fault they are wonderful. And couldn't ask for anything more except more customer appreciation. Fix your mistakes like Chick-fil-A. read more

Called to see if they could fit me in on a very busy Saturday for a Borla axleback install on an IS 500. Was able to drop my car off on the same day and pick it up shortly after. These guys crank through the work very efficiently and get people in/out quickly. Prices were fair and the quality of work performed was top notch. They have a sign that says that they do free exhaust pipe inspections but they are unable to find a crack in mine because it's on the inside? I called the Toyota dealer and they said the crack is in the front of the exhaust pipe. They still refused to look for. It. Wasted over two hours of my time! Dont go here! Gave the guys at EPM a call today to see if they could squeeze me in to install a Neuspeed exhaust system on my GLI. I didn't expect them to be able to given that it was late on a Friday afternoon, but surprisingly, they told me to come on down. They were just finishing up a project when I arrived and they prompt began to work on my car. They were super professional and did the work quickly. I watched them measure, adjust, measure again, adjust again to make sure it was level and the exhaust tips were uniform. I really appreciated their attention to detail. The only issue was when it came to payment. I didn't realize they were a cash only business, but they were okay having my drive and come back to make payment. The system looks and sounds great! Wanting a new, performance exhaust to replace my old rusty one, I discovered that there are no off the shelf exhausts for my 2016 Infiniti QX50. So, I searched for custom exhaust shops and found a few places, but nothing really looked too promising. On a whim, I switched my search criteria from exhaust shops to muffler shops, and got a new crop of places. I discovered EPM at 8pm on Wednesday. At 910am on Thursday, I called and was told I could be accommodated that day! I arrived at 10:05am. I figured that it would take hours because I naturally assumed the shop would want to wait till the car cooled off before handling a hot exhaust system. Instead, it was rolled immediately into a bay, and out came the Sawzall! I rolled out at 11:40am with my "new" exhaust, which absolutely floored me as to how fast it was done! I use quotes because research led me to decide on simply doing a muffler delete, so I wasn't really replacing much. Rather, just straight-piping from the resonators back. My car now sounds fantastic, and at a considerably cheaper price than replacing with a whole new exhaust system! I actually found myself driving home with the radio off and the windows down so I could hear better every time I blipped the throttle. My MPG is going to take a serious hit now. Fortunately, I had read reviews and seen pics of the business that say it is cash only. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone, and stopped at the bank omw over. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Perhaps if my stock exhaust had been a "name brand", it would have made their "wall of fame/shame" of old customer exhausts that was on display outside the shop. Maybe next time. Great result from Extreme Performance mufflers. I checked with a few other shops who refused to work on Porsches for whatever reason. They were happy to help! I took the mufflers off during a spark plug and ignition coil change (German engineering) and dropped them off for a popular exhaust modification for 911 models. I discussed what I wanted with the owner who recommended something slight different based on several he had previously done. Mufflers were modified and ready for pickup within 1 day. The process was very simple and worth it. Not only did I meat 4 cool people: 3 Honda civics fully modded 1 BMW owner modded I got my car muffler removed sometime this year a few months ago and my car sounds aggressive not without the mufflers. Will probably stop by again maybe next year to get the cats removed but I need to know if they can do it without the CEL lighting up read more

The places that you want to yell from the rooftops how great they are - never really need the publicity. Have you noticed? EPM is one of those places. Tucked away on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Norcross, this little place chugs along, an owner and team who love what they do, do great work, priced fairly and a line out the door. Why the line? Because it's deserved. I took my A6 to the mechanic because it sounded like the exhaust system was on its last legs. Turned out a rip in the flexible piece of the exhaust by the engine. The mechanic said they would have to replace the whole thing (1200 bucks) - but if I took it to Alex at Extreme.....he could do better for me. So off I went this Saturday AM. Got their early before they opened, a hard working team already in gear.....Alex said he would take a look, told me to be patient and gave me a price (about a sixth of the other mechanic....).....no kidding....If you want a specific job done- go to the guy who can do it. So he had the car up on the lift, I didn't have an appointment, there were other appointments, he got me in. I paid the fair price, I thanked them. So here is my advice - - this place is successful because they are expert and they are fair. - this place draws all the enthusiasts who want that special muffler sound - Guy like me - who wants to get in and out fairly, with just a quick fix - be nice, be patient, trust Alex and you will be fine. For what it's worth - I checked a couple bigger places much closer to me - and you get the same horrific impersonal lack of service- they just don't want to help. Alex and his team - they like what they do, they do it well, they do it efficiently and they do it with honor. So I shall scream from the rooftops and any time I have this kind of issue - I will take the ride over there. Nice to run into guys like this. They did their best to troubleshoot my screw up by maybe modifying the midpipe, but in the end they advised me to return it, which I did. He agreed to do it, but pointed out that there was a risk of burning through the pan and setting the foam on fire. He worked very carefully and did a great job. I have been to this shop on 3 occasions. Resonator replaced with x-pipe. They did great, measured welded and got it all setup nicely Then for my mufflers replaced, which were used. They took their time to adjust them perfectly, the hangers had been played with by the previous owner. This was disclosed when I purchased. The shop was totally cool about taking the time to do a great job. Then again to have a hanger welded back on after coming loose at Road Atlanta. They basically charge by the cut and the weld. I am not exactly sure how much each costs. Always very reasonable and cash only. Not sure I want to share this tip, but just show up before they open, be the first in line, and you'll be out of there fast. read more

I went to these guys to give my F Sport some life and really didn't know what I wanted. First they did a muffler delete and let me hear it and test it out. Then we added a Magnaflow muffler that gave me the rumble I wanted. They were helpful and patient and I am extremely happy that I went here.
