I can't say good enough from Mike and this company! My parents' garage door stopped working and their car was locked in. I called a different company first and they told me they will charge me $250 to just come and take a look because it counts as emergency. They said if I want it to be a non-emergency then they can check it in 3 days. I then called this company. Mike was on his way home but when he heard my parents are locked in, went to their house right away, for free. He checked the door and the motor, the door needed to be replaced and he did it the next morning. My parents don't speak English well, so Mike would call me and explain things. Everything was done in a day. He even went and bought some needed parts and didn't charge me for the hour to buy them. I appreciate them and if I need any work for my own house I'll definitely go back to them (fingers crossed it doesn't happen though ) I 100% recommend them. read more

Wow, Extreme & Unique Garage Doors is by far the best company in Tucson. I was in a tough spot, could not open my garage door and my wife had to go to the doctors. I tried calling around and Michael the owner from Extreme & Unique Garage Doors was the only one that answered my call. Michael was on another call and he moved that call and made my call a priority. It's really hard these days to find that kind of service. If you are looking for quality and superior service Extreme & Unique Garage Doors is your go to company. Can't thank you enough Michael. read more

If anyone asks me if I recommend Extreme & Unique Garage Doors, my answer without hesitation, would be YES! Here are the top 5 reasons why I would recommend them: 1. Mike responded to my Yelp project request almost immediately. 2. He was very friendly. 3. The quote I was given for a new garage door is exactly what I paid when the job was complete. There were no hidden fees, no extra equipment or parts "needed" that were not considered when the quote was given and no upselling (my pet peeve). 4. He arrived on the day and time he said he would be here. Another plus, we lost our garage door on Saturday, he came out first thing the next day. 5. The job was done quickly and he cleaned up after himself. Homeownership is not fun sometimes but when you are able to locate a contractor that is not only good at what they do, but ethical as well, they earn my trust. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repaired or replaced. read more

His repair costs as far as I am concerned are great. I was expecting a more expensive bill especially for the evening call out time. Thanks again Mike for the outstanding work!! read more

After A1 attempted to rip me off by calling good stuff bad, up charging their estimate, and pulling parts off my garage door, I called them on their bull and they left. E&UGD came out promptly, beat the A1 price, reassembled my stuff A1 pulled off, and performed wonderfully. My technician Damien was a super honest and very respectful guy. My garage door kept bouncing open as I left the house yesterday morning-when I got home I called 3 garage door repair companies recommended on NextDoor and Mike from Extreme was the only one who answered- he was 10 minutes away and came right over and said it needed a chain assembly which he promptly ordered- he came over this morning and fixed it in about an hour, and at a fraction of the cost A1 or a National chain would have charged- I can't thank him enough- he was nice, quick, efficient and didn't try to gauge me-Mike doesn't wear a cape but he is definitely my hero! And I will never have to look around for another garage door repair company! read more

Hands down the best garage door installers and repair! Good prices too. My garage and my neighbor's got severely damaged in the storm 7-13-2021 (similar to photo). Mike (owner) of Extreme & Unique Garage Doors replaced our storm damaged garage with almond colored 16x7 metal insulated door with extra struts for re-enforcement.the same day. What is unique about them is all other garage door places informed me it would take 2 months because my type of garage (16x7 metal short raised panel garage doors) are out of stock everywhere. But not so with Extreme & Unique Garage Doors; Mike is a smart business owner and had anticipated shortages and so he had them in stock when no one else did. $1200 brand new garage door. His employees are very knowledgeable and capable, polite and professional. I'm very happy. read more

After a couple of years of putting up with an unreliable garage door opener I decided to get the darned thing fixed and set right. We gave Mike a call and discussed what was going on with the garage door opener. Appointment was set and Mike came over to check things out and see exactly what was going on. Upon arrival it was determined that the sensors were bad and the opener was wired poorly, Mike quickly replaced the sensors after determining that they needed to be replaced and completely rewired the garage door opener went on to lube the rollers and screw drive, set the door travel and insure everything was working as it should. The cost was reasonable and fair and the whole process left me with a good working door and a great feeling that it would work just fine from now on. Thank you Mike! He was professional, knowledgeable and quick to evaluate and determine what needed to be done and took care of business. If anything need to be done to your garage door, this is the guy I would call. read more
