YOU WANT THESE PEOPLE! Because of a misplaced piece of wood, my overhead garage door popped off its track as I tried to close it. It was a mess and looked really scary. They took my call for "help!" seriously and Dennis and Joe arrived early the next morning to do the job. They repaired the door quickly and professionally and now it works better than it ever has! Dennis even explained some things about the operation of the door that I had never understood before. All doors - even the one that didn't need repair - were lubricated and checked. Clean-up was totally professional. The charge was very reasonable. YOU WANT THESE PEOPLE! read more

They put in a basic garage door to convert a carport into a garage for me. The door itself took a while to come in, but that was known at the time of order, and out of their control. The door installers did a great job and the door looks great and works smoothly. About 2 weeks after the install, the door got sticky at the bottom due to my own error on the weather seal placement since I did my own framing, but they came out right away - within the hour - and diagnosed the issue and corrected at no charge. Very good service after the sale, and I felt the door was very reasonable priced. read more

My garage spring broke in the morning blocking my cars inside the garage. I had trip plans, and I needed to get this fixed the same day. When I called BDG, they sent Sean to fix the problem within a few hours. This was one of those 110-degree days, and a complicated spring size situation made the job challenging. After working all afternoon in a very hot and physically tough environment, Sean successfully replaced the springs and got the door working again. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and would like to say that BDG is lucky to have Sean. read more

I recently had Budget Garage doors install a new door for me as the first step in converting my carport into a garage. I am very happy with the great job they did for me. Steve, the owner, came out to my house several times to make sure all work was done as per our agreement and every employee I dealt with from the office staff, the installers and the carpenter were all very nice to me and tried very hard to make sure they gave me the best possible service. I give Budget Garage Doors my highest possible review. I think you will be happy too. Steve D. read more

Very pleased with Budget Garage Doors. They initially came out for a repair the next day after calling them. At that point, we decided on a new door. Once HOA approval was obtained, Steven was here to go over final order. He was precise, professional, and full of patience with us. They don't try to over sell you and give you choices based on your budget. They just came and painted it and it's beautiful. Can't recommend them enough. Great customer service. read more

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday, and I called Budget that afternoon. I was surprised when Steven, the owner, answered. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he had a crew, Dennis & Shawn, at my place within a couple of hours. The crew was fast, professional, and also very personable. There was no upselling of extras I didn't need, but there was lots of free advice on how to maintain my door. read more

Stephen came out to give us an estimate for a new garage door. He was honest about what needed to be done and what we could do if we wanted to save more. We had scheduled estimates with other companies, but cancelled them after we met Stephen. We were able to get it installed sooner that we had expected. They go out of their way to ensure you are 100% satisfied- and we are! read more

I was in an emergency need when my garage door wouldn't close as I was leaving to go out of town!!! Budget Garage worked out scheduling me quickly. They showed me the problem was my moving boxes in the way of the laser reading things obstructing door closure. They moved boxes showing it's ok. Embarrassed but grateful to Budget. I asked how much and they said FREE!!! read more
