The only thing that would raise the stars on this review is to have social distancing marks on the floor for the customers in line. It would also keep a pathway for the customers entering to avoid having to cut through those in line to pay. The staff members was friendly. He smiled and didn't make me feel like the interaction was just a chore. The shelves were decently stocked considering it was a neighborhood convenient store. The location of products was a bit haphazard and what would be great and a five star review is some tags stating location of groups of items. Just a thought but I'm not going to be mad if it's not there when I return because it is a convenience store. To summarize the store is a a solid 3 stars and a pleasant interaction. Enjoy your visit.

I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.

The berries looked beautiful -- fresh, bright, and exactly what you want when you're making something special and don't want to risk disappointing fruit. Produce quality really does make a difference, especially when it's the star of the dish. I also ended up finding a garlic olive oil I've been looking for, which felt like a bonus win. Nugget is great for those moments when you need something a little more specialty and don't want to drive all over town searching for it. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of, which I always appreciate when I'm just popping in for a few things during a busy day. It's one of those places where you can reliably find quality ingredients whether you're cooking something special or just grabbing everyday groceries. Final verdict: absolutely worth it.

The pugliese bread is my favorite as it is soft, fluffy, and taste delicious! The sourdough is also yummy and has a light airy consistency.  The sandwiches are made with the fresh baked bread and are delicious! Even though the store opens at 6am, the bread is not ready until 8-9am, therefore it is best to order a sandwich a couple hours after the store opens for the optimum selection of bread. I once made the mistake of ordering a sandwich at 7am and was only presented with two bread options: sliced bread or focaccia. I selected the focaccia and although the bread was tasty, it made for a very soft and ultimately soggy sandwich.  There is a large prepared/hot food section that is self-serve. On one occasion while I was selecting a soup to purchase I witnessed an employee wiping up the spilled food from the counter and putting it back into the large food tray. It was absolutely nauseating and I immediately questioned if I should even purchase the soup given the lack of proper food cleanup/handling.  The grocery items cost much more than other grocery stores for the same exact item. Nugget seems to carry a variety of high-quality ingredients and typical well-known brands. The cost of produce and meat is much higher than other grocery stores, although the meat is typically sourced from local farms.  During Thanksgiving Nugget carries a large selection of high quality turkeys. There are a few turkeys that are sourced from local farms that are advertised as natural, antibiotic free, and free range. When purchasing a Turkey for Thanksgiving it is always advised to call and preorder as the high quality turkeys sell out fast.

You can pay with cash at the kiosks near the pumps or by credit card at the gas pumps. The gas nozzle hoses aren't the best and for most vehicle makes, especially the newer ones, the nozzle will not stay in so you must hold the nozzle and handle the entire time pumping gas. It's inconvenient. The store is small but very clean and tidy, ample selections of drinks, coffee, snacks and fountain items. I believe there is a fast food counter inside. The employees here, especially all the ladies in day shift 7 days a week are AWESOME! Friendly, helpful, greetings with a good morning, ask if I've found everything, etc. I couldn't ask for better customer service and these ladies represent the am pm brand well. There is always someone outside cleaning up the trash cans or willing to go outside to assist customers. There's a great carwash at this location too.

This is one of the few places where I can reliably find sugar-free Red Bull in stock, which isn't always the case at other convenience stores. They also carry the harder-to-find monk fruit version, which my husband loves and is surprisingly difficult to track down. But my personal little treasure hunt here is always the candy section. Every once in a while I find my hidden gem -- the Skor bar. And for anyone thinking it's basically the same as a Heath Bar, it's not. Totally different, and not many places carry Skor anymore. Today I looked all over the store thinking they were out... until I spotted the final three bars sitting right by the cashier. Another thing I appreciate here is the staff. The super tall guy who's often working the register is always friendly and welcoming, and he consistently reminds me to use my loyalty card, which I appreciate because I would absolutely forget otherwise. They also carry Sweet Tart Ropes in a bunch of different flavors, and I always grab the "flavor of the month" aka holiday ropes when I see it. It's a small thing, but I like slipping one into my kid's lunch box as a little surprise treat--just a tiny "thinking about you, hope this makes you smile" moment during their school day. Helpful tip: Check near the register for the Skor bars if you're hunting for one--they're sometimes stocked there instead of the main candy aisle. Between the hard-to-find snacks, the fun rotating treats, and genuinely friendly service, this is one of those neighborhood convenience stops that keeps me coming back.
