The company tricked me with a low estimation to get my business and when the movers come over the actual price almost doubled. The initial estimation the company gave me was $3200, with the same inventory list I provided for estimation, I end up have to pay $5300. Also in the end they don't take the trash away with them. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

Round does sit in his moving sprinter on SOCIAL MEDIA (FACEBOOK) while he has some of his GERIATICS movers to do the actual move and no actual moving truck as he states prior to the move. He came 2 days to do the move because he does not have a moving truck as expected . A sprinter and a small van but the first day was a complete debacle when they had an accident on the property the day they were doing the move. So that day now we are down to one vehicle a which took a few hours before that move got started. Moving past that one senior citizen dude out of his crew of movers and they dropped and broke my 70 inch TV and two of my sofa chairs. The movers did the best they actually could without much directions from Round who was busy on SOCIAL media. He left them to destroy my furniture and he did not replace any of it. He claims he has security for moving but never repaid for any of my furniture that was destroy by his crew he brought to do my move. The move went into 2 days and still everything was not moved. He is not a honorable business, he seems to break TV's in all of his moves. However, he was paid in full over $2000 and this was the WORSE moving company ever. He is not a person who takes ACCOUNTABILITY for his errors and especially being a mover but does not intent to pay for things his company breaks. Also I made sure I was that he an his crew had waters and ice teas to drink during this horrible experience of this move. They left all the bottles on the grounds as if they have no type of respect for peoples property. I had to clean it up because It was disgusting to see they left it on the ground. They were so careful when maneuvering our large items through the house and even disassembled and reassembled some furniture, but they were so efficient in packing, loading, unloading, and placing everything precisely where you want it to go. Loren is highly reliable and was even willing to add stops to the day to make thing easier for us. I can't recommend these guys enough!
