I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.

Not only did the move not go smoothly...but they broke my TV and a couple pieces of my late mother's pottery. BUT THE HORRIBLE THING THAT HAPPENED WAS ABOUT A MONTH AFTER THE MOVE...I HAD OVER $4K MISSING FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. One of the movers that was in my house stole a personal check and wrote it to another employee of this company. So, Instant Movers, LLC allowed thieves into my house and that was absolutely devastating. I was fortunate enough to have a solid bank that immediately reimbursed me the funds. When I spoke to one of the heads of the company (Dante Williams)...he agreed after much discussion to refund me half the of what I paid ($2k)...to make up for the stress that this situation caused me. I waited over a week for the refund and received the following text: "Now after looking over all the evidence and facts of your claim: 1. The move was completed 2. Items that were damaged was reimbursed 3. Money from check was reimbursed by the bank. We concluded there was no financial loss suffered by you, therefore we are not entitled to reimburse you any amount from the move you paid for. But we are acknowledging the fact this has happened under company watch so we are willing to issue you a one time, $500 check, under NDA signing. If you accept, I'll send over docs to sign and send out check today." So, they did not make good or do the right thing. Just please beware of this company!!!!!

I would not use this company. Our moving job was a disaster the movers were slow, showed up high,…read moreargued through the entire move, one worker walked off the job and had to be replaced wasting more money. Because of their inefficiency they did not fully or properly load the truck forcing a second trip again wasting more time and money. We have moved three times with the same amount of stuff and the packing and unpacking took no more than three hours. They were subcontracted to us and we were told by the company that subcontracted them that we would have to discuss a refund with We Get it Done, when we called the first time we were told by the owner that we had to call the company that hired them.
