Excellent Customer Service!!!!…read more Brand New Storage Facility located on Memorial Drive 3076 Memorial Dr Atlanta, GA 30317 I initially made my storage reservation online before I visited the store location. The Facility Manager Jadarius Thomas "JD" called me immediately to confirm my reservation. Today, I actually visited the store and "JD" and Anthony were very professional and welcoming. I was given a complete tour of the facility and I was extremely impressed, mainly because the facility is brand new. They have storage units in all sizes to meet your needs. JD explained the monthly storage rates to me and he also explained the affordable insurance options to protect my furniture from flooding and damages that might occur. I elected to take the coverage because I'd rather be safe than sorry. If your looking for a new and clean storage facility, I'd definitely recommend this location.

I wouldn't recommend…read morethis company to ANYBODY there is always some unknown or random fee applied to your billing and they raise the price of your storage unit time and time again. Honestly don't waste your time here unless you want to keep something VERY SMALL 5x5 in there and nothing for longer than 6 months. Oh and expect to be charged days before they say you have to pay the bill and oh be ready to pay about $500+ if you miss a month. The establishment as a whole gets a big fat ZERO, lovely people working there though. Oh and it's big and confusing to navigate and super hard to transport things if you're not there when the office is open to use a pulley because they lock those up at night.
