In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. These people didn't do anything as promised.... not a single thing. Left me to pack most of my belongings myself on packing day. Worked only 2.5 hrs. When I questioned their leaving so soon, with so much left unpacked and zero furniture prep done, they said "it's ok, we'll do it all in the morning" (which was move day, with a 4-5 hour drive each way). I expected the 2 people to be there all day packing. I had a miserable and very painful day and night of packing as much as I could myself. Next a.m. they did a poor job of taking care of what was left, and the movers left my former house without telling me, although they knew I planned to follow them in my car to Knoxville. It took me 6.5 hrs to get to destination. I was basically lost in the mtns. It only took them about 4 hours. They left things behind... important framed family tree on wall and many other things. They had to be told many times to be sure to pack up my clothes closet and other items. When unloading in Knoxville, they didn't put boxes in the rooms they were labeled for, so now I cannot find things I need. They put "need first" boxes on bottom of piles of heavy boxes in corners, such that I can't get to them. I could go on and on. I am miserable. They caused me terrible stress and great physical pain due to all the things I had to do that they did not do. They supposedly unpack and set up kitchen, bedroom, tv, etc. Don't believe it. Not one thing was unpacked. I would never ever recommend them to my worst enemy.

I had my couch wrap and they somehow got through the building door. But massively destroyed it getting it out. They removed the protective wrap and didn't replace it when removing it from the building. They left my expensive couch damaged. They should have assessed that the couch wouldn't fit. They didn't even have a tape measure.
