I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion. They arrived on time and stayed with my approval until they finished. They were hard-working and so supportive that I felt completely relieved. Thank you so much Uncluttered Spaces.

I drove 45 minutes there to find out that they didn't actually need me there to complete the work, after about month 4 they upped my monthly bill from 60-70 a month to $168/ month without any call, notice, or text message. after speaking to an employee they said that they should of sent out an email with the changes, I checked and never received a notice. So I cancel my membership, and have a month to clear out my storage unit. That entire month, my unit was located towards the back of the building which is easiest accessed by the doors on the left side of the building. Those doors were left un accessible for that entire month, forcing me to park in the front of the building and maze my way to my unit (10 minute walk). there's never enough carts, the ones they do have aren't maintained, and overall, I'd rather buy an enclosed trailer and park it on my lawn than ever storage anything with this company again.
