Very pleasant, organized and professional. This facility is spotless clean and very easy to access. Very comforting security protocols in place. Plenty of hand carts available. Bait and switch!!! Got a 10x20 unit for $340, Was told no one wanted the basement units, why it was such a good price. 3 months latter no call, no notice. Suddenly it's $425. What a total scam ! Take your business to a honest business. read more

The business in general is professional and easy to navigate. However their pricing is out of control! I got a 5x5x9 storage unit for 80 dollars which was a good value then 4 months later they notified me it would now be 200 dollars a month?! Also they sent the notification via snail mail instead of electronic. If you have used this company before everything except the price increase has been a text or email. read more

BEWARE OF SECRET PRICE HIKES. I've rented a unit for a year at an overpriced rate of $150 per month and without warning after my first year, they jacked the price up to $199 without any discussion or negotiation. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth the high price. read more

Don't make the same mistake I did. I rented a tiny space in 2013 at a rate of $44 month when it was SmartStop. Then it was sold to Extra Space Storage. Since the rental agreements are month to month, they are pretty much free to hike the price any time they want. Now a few years later, my rent has more than doubled to $100/month. This practice started under SmartStop, and seems even worse with Extra Space Storage. Additionally, there are three access doors/parking bays. For more than a year, one of the three was broken, making it much more likely that I would have to wait until a bay was free. Obviously it is difficult to move out of a storage area, making it unlikely you will go elsewhere. I will be vacating ASAP, as there doesn't seem to be any end to the price increases. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The facility constantly has broken garage doors that does not allow you to get into the unit you are paying for. The facility is filthy - there has been a pair of underwear in the garage for close to a month. There was, what I thought, was dog feces across from my unit for over a month. 3 visits to the office resulted in nothing being done about so I reported them to the health department. After that, it was removed. They raise your rates every single year and you're entitled, per your lease agreement, for details as to why they are raising your rates, yet they refuse to provide them. Nina, who claims to be the District Team Lead, took over 6 months to return my phone calls. When she finally did, she blamed vendors for the facility issues, supported the staff who are incompetent and did not offer any solution to my concerns at all. All of this was after a staff member in the office said to me, "what do you want me to do about it?" when I voiced my concerns about the horrible condition the facility is in. While on the phone with Nina she was constantly laughing at me and interrupting me. Luckily I recorded the phone call and will be happy to provide it to whoever would like to list. Do yourselves a favor....dig a hole, put your stuff in that hole and I assure you the hole will be cleaner and more well kept then this facility. If you like constantly having your rates raised in a facility you can't actually access, by all means, this is the place for you! read more
