Keith, the owner, and and one of his assistants, Will, checked with us a couple of days before to see if we had any questions or needed anything before the move. They showed up on time the morning of the first move, with a well dressed crew. Hez, Malcolm, and Josh wrapped all of our belongings, were very careful, and worked quickly all day. Beau, their supervisor, checked in on them and helped them finish up that afternoon. Their estimate for that day was a little more than the actual bill, which was a nice surprise. You can tip the crew with your card when you pay, if you wish. The next day went equally as smoothly. They called first, showed up on time, and Hez and Malcolm were with us again, along with Garrett. Keith, the owner, and his assistant, Jackson, came and helped out and all took great care of our belongings. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with College HUNKS, and highly recommend them for moving and junk removal.

Kept me aware of how far away they were & who to expect which was very appreciated. I booked my move several weeks in advance and I was called 2 weeks out to confirm that no changes were needed and again the day before. I appreciate the confirmation text I was given the day before as well as a phone call when the movers were 15 minutes out. I love that type of accountability! My items were moved with care by all and I really appreciated the patience they had with me. If you've ever moved you know it's a struggle deciding what to take and what to leave but the men were understanding and I didn't feel rushed to decide. They have made it into a fantastic climate controlled storage facility. There are multiple entrances that are controlled by electronic codes so you can easily access your unit from the shortest possible distance. The manager, Scott, made the entire process very easy from the initial contract to the orientation and to the cancellation process. I had to have my carpeted stairs cleaned twice both last year and this tear. When my leasing company complained that there was still an issue with the carpets (which there was not, zerorez did great the first time) they came back out at no extra charge to resolve the issue. They used a special light to ensure there was no pet stains or damage and provided me with that documentation as well. They were also one of the best priced companies in the area and I got quotes from a lot. Overall a great company to work with and they will truly take care of you.
