There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were supposed to show up at 8:30am. 9:30... 10:30... they finally called us back, gave us some excuses for why they were late and said they would be here at 12:30pm. 1:30pm... 2:30pm... 3:30pm... 20 calls later. For her trouble and her business she received the following: A broken $800 TV which we had started to pack in the movers said "that is fine, we got it". A broken wall clock. They were 2 hours late to the job. Their vehicle was marked as "one man one van" on a piece of paper taped to the door. She packaged everything up in boxes that could be, and the boxes were marked for which room to go into at destination and none of that was followed boxes are everywhere. Furniture was just dumped in the room that looked like it might go to. She were told they would be three movers we only got two She and her 60-year-old mother had to go back to the house to finish packing it out in a 20 foot truck, bring it to the destination and offload the material. Even though they had gotten an estimate detailing what was in the house to be moved. Halfway through the move the movers started talking about how everything wasn't going to fit in the truck they brought. However nothing was done to correct the situation or to make things better. Her step dad uses medical marijuana and they had the gall to ask to buy some. It's been 3 days now and we're still trying to get things organized enough so that we can move around the house. This is not a company that offers door-to-door service by any means of the imagination. She has called and emailed to register her complaints and has had no one call her back.
