I asked if we could rent a truck, and she said she didnt know ifnshebhad any available. I advised that the uhaul website stated there was some available, she proceeded to inform me that they would not know. She was hateful towards my husband who had to take a short work call ( less than a minute) while in the process of signing paperwork, and was very rude. I will definitely be advising Uhaul of this experience as well.

My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. My dad has had a storage unit here for 14 years (he has some issues). Needless to say, he has…read moregotten to know Andy over the years and has only the highest praise for English Station Mini Storage. So when I told my dad that my fiance and I were looking for a truck to move furniture, my dad said he would see what Andy had available. They came through for us and then some! We rented a 16 foot truck, a dolly and moving blankets for a whole day. We were charged a base rate +$.90 a mile. It ended up being about $100 total. That is much more reasonable than any of the other rentals places in town. As for service, they send my dad a Christmas card every year and he feels like they are family. I can't say enough good things about them!
