My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. The break ins started on Christmas Day 2019 and no one has contacted me to tell me what has happened. It is now March 6 2020. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! So when I told my dad that my fiance and I were looking for a truck to move furniture, my dad said he would see what Andy had available. They came through for us and then some! We rented a 16 foot truck, a dolly and moving blankets for a whole day. We were charged a base rate +$.90 a mile. It ended up being about $100 total. That is much more reasonable than any of the other rentals places in town. As for service, they send my dad a Christmas card every year and he feels like they are family. When we first asked about the pricing, we were told, "Oh no, this isn't a promotional rate -- we're very competitive and not planning to raise rates." That turned out to be completely untrue. What's to review? It's a storage facility -- empty spaces with doors. Nothing has changed except the price. Apparently, they think the value of an empty box is skyrocketing. Me? Not so much.
