So when I told my dad that my fiance and I were looking for a truck to move furniture, my dad said he would see what Andy had available. They came through for us and then some! We rented a 16 foot truck, a dolly and moving blankets for a whole day. We were charged a base rate +$.90 a mile. It ended up being about $100 total. That is much more reasonable than any of the other rentals places in town. As for service, they send my dad a Christmas card every year and he feels like they are family. I can't say enough good things about them!

I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! I paid my bill yesterday (yes it was late), still received a phone call from their office 24+ hours later. The office at my location is rarely staffed eventhough their office hours are posted online & on their door. The constant rate increase is at a point I plan to leave.

I moved out of my storage unit on July 30th, however I was charged an extra month for August, I was unaware I had to inform anybody I was leaving. I'm a disabled soldier and have used extra space for years, THAT ENDS NOW. I will also post to any other platform that I get on.
