Not only are the prices outrageous, they don't have employees. Therefore, your unit isn't being…read moremonitored. They say the price is for staff reviewing cameras, but there isn't a staff to do so. Additionally, I was purchasing a storage unit online for over $150 less than the walk up rate. The manager said she would match the amount and requested I let the manager use it as a teaching moment for the brand new employee she was training. Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff.

They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

The young lady in the office is named Rebecca and she is wonderful to help you with any storage needs let alone being able to have excellent customer service. She helped me with another unit which I am very satisfied with and hopefully to be able to downsize one to have this bigger unit she was so pleasant to talk to let alone to experience the new ownership and if you need to have something stored this is the storage facility you need to go to it is only been open for about a month under the new ownership and I can see the Great customer service and needs they have for a customer like me in my book they get five stars let alone what I put on here . Then tell me I was responsible for keeping my unit locked. Like I was the one that removed my 2 locks. They claim to have emailed me to inform me but did NOT. I'm still waiting on proof of this. Needless to say, a lot of items was taken out of my unit. After filing a police report, I waited months for them to review the "state ot the art" security footage, only to be told "We couldn't possibly review a months footage to see if someone was in your unit". This happened in January 2023 and still no effort has been made by Lighthouse Storage to remedy the situation. Unless you want your belongings stolen, rent from someone else.
